Great, safe location. Great staff and breakfast. No widows in the rooms. Air was stuffy. Netflix didn’t work on the tv. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure but the shower head sprayed all around. Good water temperature.

Great cost/benefit option. The included breakfast was a good feature. Central location, which helped us move with more ease along the city, reaching most points that we were interested in with not much delay. The surroundings were crowded in the morning, but a bit scary at night because most stores were closed. The staff were very attentive, polite and kind. They were excellent people and their service was outstanding. The hotel sells snacks on the lobby that had the correct price, contrary to many hotels that ridiculously inflate the prices. Thanks to that we could buy whatever we felt like eating in the middle of the night. The bathroom and the shower were comfortable.

The room could use some sort of table. We had to use the bedside table as a desk. The door was a bit thin, which made things uncomfortable because we knew anyone in the lobby could hear what we were doing or saying, and on top of that the room was right next to the main desk and the lobby, which means that anyone sitting in the hotel living room could listen to us. The room had a strong smell of mold, that kind of stuff that grows on interior walls when there's some sort of water leak behind the wall. We could feel it every time we got back into the room and it sometimes would be annoying. When we tried to hang our clothes on the closet, we found the culprit: the whole closet was full of mold. Given that we had to scatter our belongings across the room due to the closet being unusable because of mold, the room felt small for two people.

Rooms on the first floor don’t have any ventilation or windows, therefore, it smells musty.

Was dirty and with hair the floor of the bedroom and the bathroom, blood stains on the sheets, the shower flooded, the staff meh, expensive for the quality and what they offer, never will be back

They have issues all day long with the Wi-Fi, I needed for work and couldn’t; there was not apology or good response. The staff was not polite but rude
