The hotel is very clean. Room also very clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was tasty.

Beds quite small, we stayed at the sonesta in Pereira and they were double beds also but a bit bigger and more comfortable. The pillows were either too thin or too thick and hard. My wife, mother and daughter were having neck pain after the second night because of this. The breakfast was tasty but we stayed 6 nights and every day was the same. Exactly the same except 2 days they had some potatoes. After the 3rd day we were tired of eating the same and began to have breakfast outside the hotel (even though it was included.)

The hotel facilities were great and the staff was very kind. They were very fast to solve all our issues and tried to make us as comfortable as possible at all times. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we had it every day, with Colombian typical food but also regular breakfast.

The soup for room service wasn't well cooked and the laundry service took more time than expected.

The view from the top of the hotel was really cool. The room was large and had a desk and terrific view. The coffee in the room was terrific. The place had a wonderful breakfast. Staff were super nice and check in and out was easy. Cabs also stop right in front of the location. There is a really nice bar at the top of the location with a swimming pool. We had lunch at the restaurant which was really good. There are also wonderful views from the restaurant. The hotel is also attached to a mall next door and you are close to other restaurants, healthcare, parque Fundadores and there is a grocery store accross the street. This hotel felt like a Marriot or something in the US without pretentious people. Relaxed but a bit more traditonal and formal than other hotels.

Our key didn't work a couple of times but staff on the floor helped us out immediately.

I was a little disappointed when all the bars where closed i wanted to eat or drink something by the pool and no one was there I also had inquired about the pool having a heater and water was so cold :/

one thing that happened that bothered me was , I put a do “not disturb” sign on my door and the cleaning service entered the room and ignored my sign

I liked everything from its location in the center of the beautiful city of Armenia with a beautiful interior design. The food was delicious, exceeded expectations with its flavor and presentation. Excellent customer service. All hotel staff super friendly. Provides taxi service for business and tourism.

I really can't find something I didn't like. I was definitely delighted. I will return once again to see the areas that I couldn't visit due to lack of time. It offers a Spa with incredible massages to relax.

-All the staff members of the hotel were always very helpful and professional. -The breakfast had a wide range of food selection. -The city view from the room was great. -Wonderful view from the pool area. Many photos were taken. -The price was reasonable taking into account all the facilities available. Excellent bathroom and shower,, comfortable bed, amenities in good condition. -Convenient location. We are definitely are looking forward to come back. :)

- The card to operate the elevator didn't work sometimes. Apart from that, nothing to complain.

The location is excellent in the heart of the more popular area. It’s close to just about everything. The lobby and pool area is nice more welcoming. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are too simple to dark and the furniture could use an upgrade to make it more interesting modern. May want to offer some cocktails more trending and maybe shareable food so folks don’t have to leave the hotel.

The hotel was clean, nice, with very comfortable amenities. The view was nice and the staff very helpful.

They were remodeling part of the top floor and it was not very clear where one should go to reach the pool or spa. A few signs could have helped. Fortunately the staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was great. The busboy Kevin was a great help since he spoke English and was very respectful and pleasant.

We ordered some food from the restaurant, it wasn’t very good. When we arrived 3 people were at the front desk, one was helping a customer and the others were just looking at their computers not acknowledging us, not a good experience!

The pool area on the deck was beautiful. 360 degree views of the city and surroundings. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help with anything. the variety at breakfast was great and it very conveniently located for us to go out at night or find a nice place to eat in the city.

the only thing I would’ve liked more would be to have been able to be close to the rest of my group. we were on different floors and it would’ve been great to have rooms near each other
