Clean, loved the breakfast for its variety and very comfortable.

The staff recommended us someone to book the tours. His name is David Castro and it was not a good experience. More expensive than it’s directly at the boat port, not well organized and rude. Don’t take that recommendation. Better go to the port and there you can book something cheaper

Outstanding Stay! This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The reception staff, the manager, the cleaning personal were all amazing. I was allowed extra time at check out and than for a small fee extended till 8 pm ! The restaurant in the premises was exceptional, the roof terasse has amazing views if the ocean and service impeccable. Highly recommend can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect

The hotel was very nice, with beautiful vistas from the lobby/restaurant and rooftop pool. The rooms were not enormous, but very comfy and super clean. The staff were always very helpful and available: they organised for us to have a takeaway breakfast on the day of our check-out since we were leaving very early in the morning. The location is perfect, right in the town centre, super close to the beach, marinas (from where many tours start) and shops. The included breakfast was a buffet with a large selection of international and local food, and the quality was overall very good.

The hotel is very nice, clean and new. There’s a nice pool, the bar and restaurant are great. The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. Everyday there’s something new and different. The room is big and accommodated very well four of us. But the staff is the best part. Everyone is so nice and provided all the help we needed. Some people speak English, but even who didn’t speak English or Portuguese made their best to understand and help us. They were very warm and made us feel welcome in the hotel and in the island. Shout out to Betani and Ricardo who made our trip one hundred times better. Betani helped us even before we landed, she made sure I had all the info I needed, even helped with restaurants, tours, money exchange and airport transfer. Ricardo who works at the restaurant is a very nice person, he’s very courteous, treated us so well.

It’s not something I didn’t like, but since we stay in the island to go to the beach and there are lot of wet clothes, I think the rooms could have something for us to hang the wet clothes. It’s just a tip. But everything was great.

The hotel is in the center, near the famous beach of Spratt Bight. It's a new building, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast is buffet style and we liked most things. The food we ordered in the restaurant was excellent, better than what we ate at La Regatta (the most famous restaurant of the island). The barmen were very nice and made great drinks. On weekends they have DJ or live music at the restaurant.

We chose a junior suite and were a little disappointed by the room, it was spacious, but empty, hardly any furniture or decoration. Also, the water in the sink doesn't have any pressure. The shower was ok.

It was a good location, close to Spratt Bight and shopping. The reception and porters were friendly. Same goes for the service staff at breakfast. Breakfast was good, buffet style, had a good selection.

Room service worked well for food. One thing we didn’t enjoy was the little amount of water from the faucet and shower. We had an issue with housekeeping however, a pair of brand new Oakley sunglasses ( $170 USD ) “ magically walked out of the room “. The reception went to call housekeeping and it never got resolved. We had the most expensive King suite with a balcony. I was pretty disappointed in the dishonest housekeeping staff ( a person in this case ).

The hotel is really nice, perfect location, breakfast is AMAZING. It is one of the best cost/benefit hotels in the island. There is no sea view but that is really not a prooblem.

The bed is too soft, the bathroom shower doesn't have a door so it gets the whole place wet. As it is a beach place, you could have a place for us to hang wet clothes in the shower or outside the windows. The bracelet at the entrance is really unnecessary, once you tell you room number at the breakfast entrance anyways, and it is really bad to be going out in the sun with that.

I thought the hotel was nice. The room was spacious with a huge balcony. It was comfortable, both the beds and the other furnishings. The shower was huge and the hand soap was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was well located and as far as I could tell, one of the nicer hotels to stay at on the island.

I thought the shampoo provided in the room was terrible. The body soap was okay. We had an issue getting the housekeeper to fill the soap for us. We even requested it at the front desk and it didn’t get done. We had to ask again. Also, the housekeeper did not clean the bathroom on the last full day we were there. They just changed the towels. That department needs a better supervisor, checking the work of the staff. Also, I thought the restaurant was a little limited in food choices. Also, the menu for the afternoon was the same as for the evening. Really, that shows no imagination and work. They should have a different lunch menu. I would have eaten there more often. I found the island had very limited choices if you don’t eat seafood. Which none in my party did.

Everything. The food at Varka, the hotel’s restaurant was exceptional, the drinks were delicious and everything reasonably priced. The staff were also very approachable and attentive. It is very well located with La Regatta minutes away, along with Spratt Bright beach and commercial areas. The hotel is also very well decorated and everything is an artwork. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the island.

The gym is poorly equipped. At the time there was one functioning treadmill, a weight bar with only two different weighted plates, some dumbells but not much equipment to work with. It was also very small and poorly air conditioned.

Super close to everything, staff were amazing, pool was delightful and just everything was a breeze!

I don’t think I have any bad comments on the hotel. Everything was superb!
