What I liked the most about this hotel is the location and the view resulting from that good location. From our hotel balcony we could see both the harbour, which has probably the most beautiful sea colour, and a glimpse of the most popular and best beach on the island, on the other side. The room was quite big and with lots of light. It was kept clean. The pool on the third floor was quite nice. Staff quite helpful, although mostly in Spanish, which may have been useful for my practice :) We asked for a late check out and we were allowed to stay at the pool, which was the next best thing.

Apart from being quite overpriced, there were no major issues. Small stuff though: having to sign for the remote controls, to make sure you won't steal them (?!); second key card not available; no plugs next to the bed; conflicting information from the staff.

Our room was quite perfect, the view is breathtaking. Waking up with that view of the ocean puts your whole life under perspective. Great breakfast with lots of options. An amazing experience!

The bathroom door didn't close and the faucet was too short, your hands don't fit under it. Just little things really.

The staff is awesome and extremely helpful the breakfast is fantastic. The room was ok but I expected a little more for a "superior room". There is hot water and a nice view. The hotel is in good condition overall. Altough the hotel is located 5 minutes from downtown and the beach, it's pretty quiet

The AC felt pretty much like outside, it was not really cold. The refrigerator had to be changed but it was done in a matter of 5 minutes after being reported. Room service options are limited to fast food, it says that you can request this service up to 9:30 pm, however I called at 9 and was informed it was already closed. After day 2 the bathroom had a weird smell.

Beautiful Hotel with a lot of potential, still under renovations, very close to Malecon and city centre (waking distance) friendly staff specially all the ladies working in the breakfast area, room service and front desk. when we left Alina Robinson, Paola Herrera and Cila Rizo check us out, they were very helpful, we had a bit of a hiccup when we arrived with the front desk lady, but we managed to enjoy ourselves of what the beautiful Island of San Andres has to offer. Pool was clean.

What I didn't like was the fact that we were travelling with a friend and her son with a disability was told that he had to were a wrist band which made him very uncomfortable and she went on about if you lose it a replacement will be $$$ bla bla bla then we were given all the ins and outs of the hotel, we were offered insurance just in case we were injured during our stay or sign a waiver, then soon we realised that due to the renovations going on you are likely to slip, fall or trip as some of the renovations are half done or not done correctly like our shower door was 10cm longer and we couldn't close it properly and made it hazardous all the bathroom floor gets wet and slippery our shower head was broken a ceiling hatch was uncovered.

The property is located in a great area, it was really clean, the breakfast offered great variety and the staff were really friendly. I was worried about many other comments where people said they were not the kindest but that couldn’t be further away from the truth.

The hotel was sold out when we arrived so the first night we were upgraded to a suite. We were there for 3 days and I wished we could have stayed in the suite

The view and the room made our stay very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The dinner we prepaid for 2 nights but only ate there one night as it was a very small buffet with limited options. I asked to do a money exchange and wasn’t informed a 3rd party was coming to do so and took them 30 minutes to get there. I went to the lobby early as we had a planned excursion that I required pesos. I asked for an iron and it didn’t function.

Views were amazing from the 11th floor

Arrived late at night. Woke up to a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast in a heavenly location. Staff was excellent. Price in comparison was far better value than other higher end resorts

From the moment I checked in at reception, to the waitstaff, housekeeping, and maintenance. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good especially if it's raining and you need to order in. The location is ideal, 5 minutes from beach, stores all around.

We had a severe toilet leak where it started to smell, the bathroom floors should be bleached as well as the towels and sheets. Need to improve WIFI needs to be better. But what do you expect on an island.
