Wow, what an amazing stay! Great service from the start. The woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She was so incredibly attentive and kind. The rooms were very clean- comfortable bed, AC worked well, nice hot showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and working TV. We also had to check out early for a tour and they stored our luggage and had a bathroom for us to shower and change afterwards. The lobby was also clean, always greeted with a smile and great service! Kareem was amazing. We had an issue with our tour and he went above and beyond with helping us. He also sent us a list of recommendations for the island. Very helpful and informative! Definitely would stay here again especially with the staff.

It was amazing! The details are on the little things. The beds were extremely comfortable, like a clowd after a day of adventure and you need to recharge. The staff were lovely, always with a smile and always so kind and knowledgeable. It was an amazing welcome to beautiful San Andres. A few amazing amenities: - towel service for the beach - foot washing station for when you return from the beach and are all sandy - they can get help you get a bike/moped rental right at the hotel. Super convenient. Thank you so much for making me and my wife feel welcome.

Absolutely recommend! Booked a room with no window and no balcony: great light, clean, comfy, amazing bathroom. Plus staff is very friendly, welcoming and willing to go an extra mile to ensure your comfort. Cleanliness was on point. Also it is good to mention that location is pretty much in centre of the city and it takes 15-10 mins to get to from the airport and it is 3 mins away from the main beach. My significant other was amazed by the room standards as well. Definitely the best pick out of all the places I reserched in San Andrés! Keep it up)

First of all, the staff is incredible! Kind and thoughtful, they made us feel welcome. Major thanks! The facilities are new and very clean, the room is comfortable and the shower was warm (we heard this is usually a problem in other hotels in the Island). Also, they offer water and tea as a courtesy and the amenities in the bathroom were high quality - the shampoo/body wash smells amazing!

The rooms are very clean and the hotel is close to many shops and walking distance from the beach? everything was working well, the girls at reception are really lovely and friendly they really make you feel welcomed.

There were no windows in our bedroom which is fine for a short stay, we were only staying one night but if you are staying longer I’d recommend to try to get a room with a balcony.

No pool- we knew there was no pool when we booked and for us this wasn't important because it's a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach and we had tours booked but if a pool is important for you, this might be a factor.
