Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast options vary daily and staff accomodates if someone has specific needs. There are small restaurants and convenience stores close by.

The pool wasn’t climitazed and made it hard to get in cold water. The water in the shower would come either really hot or really cold randomly. The location is good, about a 30 min walk to the end of downtown.

The location is very central. 3 minutes from the airport so if you like watching aviation it's an added bonus. If you don't like loud noises be prepared to deal with a loud take-off about once an hour or so. I personally loved it. The housekeeping services are impeccable especially in an area that is constantly covered in sand. The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate whenever possible.

The elevator to level 3 was not functioning properly and we were staying with my grandmother who at 90 years old had some trouble on the stairs.

We only stayed for 1 night as we moved on to Providencia the next morning. For that purpose the hotel was very convenient located close to the airport. Very clean spacious rooms with large king size bed, good airconditioning, kitchenette and small but good bathroom. Breakfast was good.

For us it was fine for one night. But to stay longer: the place did not really have a nice atmosphere. It was efficient but lacked soul. Then again, we did not like the vibe of San Andres anyhow. So maybe it was us.

The pool , the location, the fact that it was clean and mist of all the staff!

Kind of pricey , cupboard was kinda damaged, we could not open the windows.,

I liked that it wasn’t downtown so I could get a good nights rest at night not being in the music near the center. Wonderful pool on the rooftop.

There was very little hot water.

I liked almost everything about that place.

the location is excellent; not far from the downtown; quiet and ideal to have a good rest .. away from the noise and the loud music form the downtown. the no noise policy ; no speakers in the hotel .. make it peaceful the staff; is gentle; happy to help you. the pool schedules; closing the pool at 19:00 it is too early.

We really enjoyed breakfast every day, the variety and choices of Columbia food was outstanding.

Location: The hotel is located 10 min (walking) away from the city center and the beach. It has shops for groceries and a drugstore nearby. Comfort: The rooms are spacious and comfortable for a small family. The pool is in the roof top with a nice view over the city. Cleanliness: The hotel facilities and in general the room was clean and up to the standards for covid-19 (use of mask and sanitizer available) Staff: The staff was very friendly and willing to help (we had to find medicines late at night and they helped us finding someone to help)

Room: Our room when we arrived had several issues, there was a problem with the electricity because the stove wasn’t properly maintained, the shower didn’t had hot water, the cutlery wasn’t very clean and the dishes/cups weren’t microwave save (through there was a microwave). It took to the hotel 2 days to change us to another room because it was full. Payment: It took several days of trying for the hotel to be able to charge my credit card I was expecting my reservation to be charged directly through booking.com but that wasn’t the case

The staff are wonderful, kind, attentive. Everything we did for the hotel worked. We loved everything and hope to be back soon.
