Location was perfect, walk distance to almost everything. Jorge was very helpful gave me tips and helped me with all my questions. Amazing place with pool and bbq and thanks to Jorge we had an amazing time. I would totally stay there again and I recommend 100%.

Exceptional Stay at Capi’s Place! I stayed at Capi’s Place for 6 days while in San Andrés for a running competition, and it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The hospitality was truly exceptional — Shaida gave 100% attention to every detail, her mother Mrs. Estella was incredibly kind, and the entire staff made me feel better than at home. Special thanks to Juanis, the cook, for her warmth and delicious meals! The property is spotlessly clean, surrounded by beautiful gardens, palm trees, and a refreshing pool — ideal for unwinding. It’s just 20 minutes walking from the main beach and town center, yet remains peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the spectacular sunsets, the ease of training and relaxing on-site, and the company of the friendly cats and dogs, who were lovely and never intrusive. They also helped me rent a golf cart and connected me with amazing local contacts that made my experience unforgettable. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and a great BBQ area, and the location near the airport made arriving and leaving very convenient. Nearby grocery stores and top delivery options made daily life easy and enjoyable. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ll definitely return to this beautiful place!

Location was perfect- only 15 minute walk to Spratt Bight Beach and the airport but far enough from San Andrés to be quiet and peaceful. There was a variety of food at breakfast including fruit, eggs, cheese, ham, sandwiches, chicken in tortilla, cereals to name a few with unlimited quantities. Breakfasts were delicious. The room was bright, with many windows and a wonderful breeze coming into the room off the balcony. The balcony was a perfect place to sit and relax. The pool was clean and the temperature just right after a long walk or just to relax in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The owners were there to assist you, as needed, and were helpful and friendly.

A charming little hotel/guesthouse, just a 20-minute walk from the airport. It's located on a coastal road, though there’s no beach directly in front. Our room was spacious and had two balconies—one with a large hammock, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was also a very good size. Keep in mind that many properties on the island don’t have running hot water, and the tap water has a slightly salty taste. The room had both air conditioning and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay. We stayed in the main house, which gave us access to a kitchen. Bottled water was available, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. There’s no reception desk, so you’ll need to arrange your arrival time in advance unless you arrive around breakfast, when someone is always around. One of the highlights was the lovely little pool with a jacuzzi and a shaded table inside the water—a great spot to enjoy a drink. The main beach is a 20-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and small grocery stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The location (close to everything but in a very calm place away from the noise). The local bus stops in front if the gate. We stayed in the back house, surrounded by a lush garden. Nice balcony with a view. Comfy bed. Drinking water available as well as a drawer in the community fridge (which was clean). Breakfast was basic but served with smiles.

Upon arrival, issue with the water so the shower was just a drip. Was fixed the next day although still no hot water (but then we had to live with the noise of the waterpump each time some guest in the houqe takes water). The room was clean but the shower had still some hair in it.. Aircon was leaking and could only be used at the end of our 2nd day (it was epiphany so we had to wait for the maintenance crew to come back to work). The pool is more like a big bath tub and was used for diving lessons (so we couldnt really use it). There was a kitchen downstairs with amenities but the nescafe pot was empty and remained so. In a tropical land, it s always sad to get served fake fruitjuice for breakfast..

nice and quiet location outside of the center. the pool was great in the evenings to just relax and unwind. the A/C was cold and the wifi was fast.

the only thing we did not like is this location is a far walk from everything else. you could take a taxi but they all was 25,000 pesos. we loved the staff and how friendly they were. so if you are ok to pay few bucks to get back to the hotel then this is definatly a good value. its hard to say its something i didnt like because we both enjoyed the stay alot. being in a comfortable place with a pool defiantly is something we wanted. its just a bit far from centro with only a single store to walk to.

We had a great time, reception and service were exceptional, Jorge and his team were committed to providing us with the best possible experience. They were very kind, flexible, and supportive when it was needed. We spent a couple of evenings in the pool and loved it. The place was quiet and perfect for a pleasant rest at night, the sea view from the property was amazing. Also, the location was very convenient, about 20 minutes walking distance to the downtown and easy enough to get a taxi or a bus. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We liked everything and had a lovely time in the property. It was a good value overall.

- Located in a quiet green garden 5 minutes drive from the main city of San Andrés - The bus stop is just outside the property, but they can help you to organise a scooter rental - The room was pretty basic but very clean - Breakfast was very simple with one special item every day - We didn’t use the pool, but it was being cleaned every day in the morning - Price/value you get is really good

Clean, simple, family run small hotel. Hotel set back from road so is quiet. Nice sized pool, and a private garden. Located across road from ocean. Unfortunately no swimming there due to rocky shore. Friendly helpful owners (Spanish speaking only.). Comfortable room and bed. A/C and fan worked well. Functional shower and toilet. Easy access into town by frequent bus service.

Jorge was an excellent host. Couldn't do enough for us, including offering to make a very early pre-flight breakfast. Our room was in the main house and had views towards the sea. There was access to a communal kitchen and BBQ area. Lovely well designed pool and extensive colourful gardens. Handy for airport and town but quiet. Room and bathroom of a fair size.
