Great little apartment, very comfortable. Just a little removed from the center but still close walking distance to everything. Lovely staff.

It was clean, the guy at the reception very friendly. 15min walking to the center and 15 to the airport too.

They could put some small fridge inside. I had one night so I didn’t care

The decoration is tasteful, although for some people it may be a small space, I think it fulfills the objective of having a moderately comfortable place to rest. For a price not as high as others. Stores and drugstores are a few minutes away, which may be beneficial for some.

The location is not very nice, it seems like a somewhat abandoned neighborhood, at night maybe even a little dangerous, although I walked a lot through the sector and nothing strange happened.

Next to airport No hot water, which is 'normal' for the Island they say. Better to know this upfront, haven't read it anywhere. Cleaning could be better

It says there was an oven and the main reason why we booked it for Christmas dinner and then they told us the ovens are not active and no one can come to fix it, only after putting considerable pressure via booking.com they fixed it. They hung up on us twice when asking them to sort the oven out and then proceeded to ignore our calls for a day. The AC was moldy and blocked which meant there was wet floors, I suffer from asthma and the mold meant I struggled to breath, they sent someone to clean it after 4 days and my asthma slowly got better. There was also a lot of mold in the bathroom and some in the kitchen. The receptionist was really nice, but the manager and the cleaner were both really rude. Location wise it’s quite out the way of the main areas which we knew, sadly it rained badly for us which meant a lot of taxis so bare that in mind.

The staff was friendly

Part of the bathroom wall seems to have molding. The location is out of the main area of San Andres and needed taxi to come back to the hotel every night. Taxi rate is very high at night in San Andres.
