There were 4 selections available for breakfast, all of which were very good. The staff were attentive and pleasant, and very effective. They would do their best to fulfill requests. It was a pleasure engaging with them. Our room was spacious, clean and airy, and the air conditioning worked well. Everything was clean, and in good working order. The plumbing was excellent. The hotel was less that 100m from the beach. There were several restaurants nearby and with a good selection of food and prices. Rooms had their own small fridge.

The only unfortunate thing was that the hotel does not serve alcohol. There were several shops on the same street that provided beer, wine and spirits, and guests could easily buy what they wanted and take it back to their room.

The hotel rooftop was really nice, over looking the ocean and with a direct sunset view. breakfast was pretty decent with serve-yourself options for bread, yogurt, coffee/tea and cereal, and made to order meals with eggs or pancakes. Room service was absolutely delicious and delivered pretty quickly. Wifi was solid and worked all around the hotel. The room had double blinds with the one behind being opaque and the one in front being translucent so you can see the view during the day without people seeing into your room. That was a nice touch. We were originally given a second floor room (207) that was quite small and right above the street with noise coming in pretty strong and the balcony overlooking just the street and buildings. we went back down and asked if we could get something else and he kindly moved us to another double room on the 5th floor (508) with an ocean view from the balcony and just about no street noise. it was also much larger than the first. So if booking a double room with balcony, request one on the 5th floor in your booking! another tip is to brush up on your basic Spanish or have a translator app ready as the staff speak almost no English. Same for most locals you’ll be interacting with. forgot to take more comprehensive photos but the ones I’ve posted are of the view from the room’s balcony at sunset, and one on the rooftop.

the wait to check in took a long time (30 or more mins) as there was a big group ahead of us paying separately in cash and just one person handling check in. We were tired after our delayed night flight and it would have been a nice touch to have an additional receptionist to speed things up for the number of guests the hotel was expecting at that time. Not a huge deal though. The only other thing is the hotel could really use a gym, especially since it’s recently renovated and has amenities like a rooftop pool. other than that we had a good stay and I’d recommend Sea Avenue. its one of the nicest hotels on the island it seems.

The ambiance, friendly staff and their desire to help resolve issues successfully. I will stay here again!

The only negative is that the hotel is not licensed o sell alcohol. Hoever, there are several shops selling alcohol within 200m.

The rooftop pool area was the highlight of our stay. Room was clean and quiet.

when we arrived they told us the room we booked was not available and downgraded us. wish we would have had some warning, we are still confused on how the room we booked wasn’t available when we had booked it months in advance . We were there for a layover and were looking forward to hanging out on our balcony, but our new room did not have one. a suggestion that some shaded areas be added to the rooftop :) we weren’t bothered but this, but they don’t serve alcohol at their restaurant. you can bring your own and pay the corkage free.

Amazing hotel and staff! Very New and clean, the room really amazing, The Bed and The shower was fantastic! Our room had a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. The breakfast was also excellent!

Excellent location, rooms are beautiful and modern, also the hotel is in the center part of the island but is far away from the noise party, so thats great. the breakfast was improving when I was there by a new menu and it was an excellent upgrade.

Just 50% of the view is beautiful, part of it is beautiful sea, and part of it is local houses, some of them not so nice

The view from the rooftop, the easy accessibility and especially the restaurant: the food there is one of the best in the island! Also extra comfy beds and big rooms.

The rooms were only at the second floor and didn't really have a good view from the balcony.
