We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Paradise. The hosts were so accommodating and unbelievably kind. We had the best time staying there and would definitely go back again / recommend this to people. They hosts (Fernando and Patricia) helped us sort out a buggy to go around the island and also took us fishing which was one of the highlights of our time on the island. They have 3 gorgeous German Shepherd’s which are so friendly and beautiful.

This is small hotel built on a private residence. We booked the "junior suite" which ended up being the only room on the third floor. Room was large and clean with an open bath and large shower with heater...not always available in small hotels in Colombia...mini-fridge, TV installed during our stay, and a small balcony patio. Wifi was available everywhere but in our room, presumably too high and far away from source. Two sides of the room were all glass sliders, one set facing the sea, so the view was incredible. Pool was very clean. The operators, I'm assuming the owners, were amazing. Always exceedingly friendly and helpful, treating is like old friends. Location is about 5 minutes by taxi from the main public beaches and shopping, maybe 7 minutes by bus which comes by every 15-20 minutes. Very quiet here. The only drawbacks were the mattress being old and the waterfront across the road does not have a beach...all coral...but as the name suggests, the sunsets are amazing. Would definitely go back.

Doña Patricia and Don Fernando were extremely nice and accommodating to our big family. The food was excellent and Don Fernando was also very accommodating to the kids needs and our diet restrictions.

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location was quiet but close enough to catch a bus to any place on the island.

The bathroom did not have a curtain and my towels were stained. Not a big deal but it could be fixed.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and had good strong AC. They have three big friendly dogs. They stored luggage for us while we went to Providencia. Would definitely stay again.

The food prepared by Fernando was very good and Fernando was very accomodating.

There is no hot water at this hotel. I am not sure if that is the case for the whole island or only this hotel. The water temperature for the shower was ambient. At first it was a little shocking getting in but then it felt ok.

The breakfast, the pool, and the attention, always willing to help. The son of the owner help you with recommendations. All the entire place is really cool.

It's not in the place its the Island, the Internte not so good.

All the food was excellent as was the Hotel owner himself. Very friendly and helpful I would stay there again and recommend! David H

Everything was great

Staff are great! The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The owners were very nice and helped me navigate the island very well. It´s a relatively quiet part of the island, but the owners helped me get around.

The facilities are a little bit outdated.
