Old but clean. Close to beach and the center. Restaurants and shops everywhere. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Very kind and helpful staff
It was a little bit loud but it might be only because of new year. One and only door to the hotel (also an emergency exit) is always locked and guests can not open it by themselves even from inside. I know it is for security purposes but not sure if it's safe in case of emergency...

Perfect location for Santa Marta. For the value it was everything we needed and the staff were really helpful.
The breakfast wasn’t great and there were ants in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to public transport. Close to tourist places.
Some amenities were old (towels). The water in the shower was with low pressure. The street in front of the hotel was with a lot of rubbish.

Right by the beach, but this is a secondary beach, so be careful. Nice owners and great price. Includes air conditioning and this is very important in Santa Marta.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice Colonial style hotel, everyday cleaning. Very close to the beach, but unfortunately the seafront promenade was under construction while we were staying there.
Breakfast could have had more varieties, kids portions were small, half glass of juice.

Very good value for money. Location is good for sightseeing and nightlife. When I checked in the person at the counter gave me some advice on where I can find food and bars.
The hotel doesn't look as good as the images suggest. No English-speaking staff as far as I could tell.
