Well worth the money. It has everything you need. The AC works excellent ( believe me something you really need in Santa Marta ) it is right in front of el malecón ( or shore ), meaning there is always some sort of activity going on.

I was on the second floor, and while my room had a balcony I couldn’t really use it because it felt like it was too close to the street. The hotel itself is in a building and it is shared with other businesses. For example their rooms are located in the second floor and the fourth floor. I would Suggest to pick the 4th floor.

The receptionists were quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the action and essentials (i.e., restaurants, bars, beach, etc.). There is also a pharmacy downstairs, in addition to an atm. I enjoyed the balcony and sea view. I also think most, if not all rooms, have a nice view. Even though I only stayed one night, I would recommend it, based on these points.

Breakfast was quite insufficient. I left the restaurant hungry.

The breakfast where good, but a breakfast buffé would have been quicker. The room itself was great with a nice sea view! Good AC. Close to everything, like the beach walk. Would stay again.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit hidden. You have to walk into a passage, with a resturant on one side and a pharmacy on the other. Pass the escalator, turn around the corner and take the elevator to 4th floor. But as soon you done inte once, it's easy.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served on a terrace overlooking the Santa Marta bay.

There was a lot of noise at night as my room was right above a bowling alley. The hotel has no common area and the entrance is a bit difficult to locate. Toiletries are of average quality.

The staff was amazing. I left my senior parents to stay there while I went to the Tayrona park. When I came back they were amazed by how well they were welcomed and treated. The location, staff, clean and we'll attended. It was great!

Great and safe location, beachfront. Wi-Fi works well. Reception/staff available 24 hrs. The market square (buses to Tayrona) is just 10 mins walking distance.

Breakfast is quite basic (some fruit and one additional course to be chosen from the menu). Because of the strong wind, the room's windows shake all the time and get very noisy.

Perfect central location! Superb room and fantastic view. What I liked the most was the service, the staff was always so kind and attentive, it is amazing to see how much effort they put to please their customers. My favorite staff was Marnolis, she was always smiling and happy to help ! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Bonita Bay for sure!

Waterfront location. Breakfast on terrace overlooking ocean. Watched Dole pineapple ship leave the port. Aircòn. Distinctive, modern building. Close to Historic Center restaurant street (small pizza place is on the left side of third block). Locked myself out of safe and room. Desk Guy was able to open both. Standard double room in the back was quiet.

Shower water was a mix of hot and cold, not alternating. The center stream was warm surrounded by cold water. It was a hot day so it didn't matter. Simply disappointing.

I had a sea view room and could completely see the sea plus the Santa Marta sign. The bed was comfortable, and there was more than enough storage for luggage. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning.

The power for the water need a little attention and the shower needs descaling.

This is the 2nd time we stay. It is very central and walking distance to everything. We love how secure it is. You need a code to go in and out. The people at the desk are so incredibly helpful. The beds are clean and comfortable. You can walk yo the tourist places and where u get transportation. Definitely recommend u to stay.

We are a family of 4 and had to get 2 rooms. I wish there were family rooms or atleats with a couch where the kids could sleep.
