Staff was very helpful. Massage was great!

I'm really shocked how much the laundry cost. Its ridiculously overpriced and they told me it would be ready in the late morning and it wasn't ready until 4pm. They charge per item and socks should not cost $1 each to wash. Sweaters were $3. I don't understand why they don't charge by the kilo like every other laundry service. I would have rated my stay lower just based on that, but everything else was great besides the bed. The bed was really uncomfortable. It was really hard and had a crunchy plastic bed cover like a baby's crib. There was also not bed cover and the sheets kept tickling my body from the fan. They should have more than a top sheet for comfort.

Location was excellent. Great view to the beach from shared terrace. Swimming pool was lovely. Very cheap. So for that price was ok.

Only 1 or 2 electric sockets in a room. My room had s big window, but the view was to the kitchen of the neighbours restaurant. All the stink from the kitchen was in my room. It was not possible to leave the window closed, because of the heat. Many mosquitos in the room. I would stay in this hotel again, but only in a room with an AC for better comfort. The staff opened the pool always late. It should be open 10am-8pm. But they were never on time. I never saw a manager around,so thats probably why. None of them spoke english, just to let u know.

It is a beautiful building and the staff were exceptional. They massage service on site, and they are very good. I had massages with different ladies, and they were all very good. The food in the restaurant is pretty good. Loved the pool.

I made the mistake of renting a room with not A/C. What a mistake, it is very hot. The places to eat nearby are good in general, except for the poor indigent people who accost you while you are eating. Very sad.

The hotel location is great, you can watch the best sunset from the shared balcony overlooking the sea.

Please do not choose a room without air conditioning, you will suffer 🙂‍↕️.

Breakfast is excellent. The view is nice. It's in the city center and the Caribbian sea is on the other side of the road. The beach in front of the hotel built out 2 years ago is beautiful. We could reach other destinations by bus or by taxi easily. BUT not all the rooms have a sea view!

It's very noisy at night. The room is quite small.

Almost all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is the best. Room was very much worth the value

One lady at front office was very unfriendly and controlling. Unfortunately this left a very negative taste to the stay here that could have been perfect.

perfect location, in front of the sea, and few meters from the parque los novios where there are all the bars, restaurants and nightclub The double room with A/C is spacious, comfortable and quiet (due to the warm, it would be difficult to have a pleasant stay with only a fan in the room!)

The only negative point is the staff at the reception: there are not really smart and it’s impossible to welcome guest during the night

Great location right across from the main beach. The staff were very nice and professional. The wifi was good.

This is an old hotel and has become dated. Everything was clean but little things like the lamp not working, and things are a bit worn down, but the price is a very good deal considering the area.

The Park Hotel has a perfect location as it right on Beach Road. From the upstairs balconies you can see the beach and bay. Hymie spoke very good English which helps for those of us that don't speak Spanish. I never needed a cab or bus to get around. All the restaurants, bars, entertainment, shopping you want are walkable from the Park Hotel. The hotel has a pool and I used it daily. Great in the afternoon when you can sit in the shade while the pool is still in the sunshine. The Park Hotel gives you good value for your money. I will stay there again when I return to Santa Marta.

The breakfast is just average. None of the waiters speak English so need Google to order, It seems like eggs, corn patty, bread, juice, coffee are about it. I just got plain white bread, not toasted. No fruit offered. Perhaps the Spanish speakers got different choices but never saw anything else on other guests plates. I was told 'no' when I ordered tea. I always travel with my own tea bags so showed the waiter my tea bag. I then asked for 'agua caliente' and now had my tea. I was all the way in the back of the hotel but I could still hear traffic noise until about 11 pm. Ask for a room in the back if you are a light sleeper.
