It was clean and safe and the facilities were excellent. I loved my room! It was spacious and wonderful. was no nice to have the little balcony to sit out in the evening and look at the ocean. I loved the glass water bottles that could be endlessly refilled at the bar!! So thoughtful and big props for the environmental awareness. Luz at the front desk was a standout. She was so helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty! The pool was really great.

I guess the only thing I noticed was the staff. Other than the front desk staff who were so helpful and amazing, the rest of the staff were quite standoff-ish. You had to basically tackle them if you wanted anything. The bar staff at the pool along with the servers were masters of ignoring the guests. (And not only me). Would a smile hurt? How about asking if everything was ok and could I bring you anything? You know service that makes me feel valued as a guest. Service that wants to make me give an extra tip I. Gratitude. Nope. None of that.

This is the second consecutive year that we've spent the holidays at AC Hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The location is great, safely walkable to Parque de los Novios with plenty of local food and entertainment. More importantly, Jonathan and his staff are attentive, kind, and professional. Quite frankly, they are the main reason we go back every year in addition to the facilities and location. We look forward to our next stay with our new AC Hotel "family" later this year.

Rooms are smaller than here in the States.

The stay was extremely confortable. Very modern and clean. Staff extremely nice and attentive, specially at the reception. Extremely good location and very complete breakfast. I link this hotel to very good memories, would definitely go back again :)

Everything was good. Just thought I booked a room with balcony but in reality I didn't. I believe there should be more clarity while booking but its not a major problem and I loved the hotel regardless :)

I loved the view of the Bahia Santa Marta and the city. The staff were incredibly hospitable and pleasant when requesting various updates / information.

I had no large issues with any of the problems. I think the one aspect is that there should be some points on how to request a wake up call.

Great hotel with amazing view and gib and comfortable rooms. The hotel is super clean and the stuff very friendly. I arrive before the check in time and they gave me the room nonetheless. Amazing pool!

The veggies for breakfast could be a little bit more fresh, I could tell that the chickpeas and the carrots weren't super fresh. Maybe the music at the pool was a little bit too loud.

Great location, nice vibe in the hotel, nice rooms. Everything was nice.

The handles in the shower were kinda broken and super difficult to use. I asked for a print of a document (3 pages) and they did not have normal white paper, they printed it in an old yellow paper, which is not what is expected when you pay this price.

It is the best big hotel in Santa Marta. It could use some renovation. Overall, the staff is very pleasant and the facility provides all that is needed in a safe environment.

The room are starting to look a little old and the shower hot and cold water knobs no longer work well. They need work.

El servicio I was there for my wife birthday, and all the staff was so helpful to me. They put the fñowers and banner up, prepare a gr8 bottle of wine so when we arrove, everything was perfect Had a gr8 time Room are amazing Thx a lot one more time

Dome staff was a displicent in some times. Additionally, the bathroom is open to the room, and the smells inside the room are so bad. My suggestion is to change the door or at least install an extractor into the bathroom.

AC Hotel By Marriott Santa Marta is a great place to stay for a few nights with an amazing location and helpful staff. The only downside was being charged twice by mistake, and it took 2 weeks to get the money back.
