Clean, nice room, good location, we got a very warm welcome from the receptionist when arriving by bus at 2AM, comfortable room, breakfast was just ok & no variety but it did the job. Common space on roof was fine but could be improved with some comfortable loungers / outdoor couches. We didn't use it, but had a mini bar in room with drinks and snacks for good prices.

A man who looked to be the manager had his phone BLARING while eating breakfast and again while sitting in reception. Super annoying, and it isn't that hard to put in a pair of headphones so guests can enjoy a quiet & peaceful experience. Weird shower set up. Would be nice to have a filtered water station in common area to cut down on plastic bottles. Even with these issues, would stay again.

This was a perfect place with the price rang. Extremely nice and helpful staff. They speak fluent English (unlike most of other places we stayed in Colombia) They provided taxi, tour information and pick up drop off services with very reasonable prices. 24/7 security, authentic breakfast. Most importantly the location. It was super close to the main square and all the fun, but not too close that can’t enjoy a calm night sleep.. I would highly recommend this place.

No complain, it was all good. Just be aware if you’re going to Santa Marta during hot season, you can’t leave the AC on when you leave the room. The AC takes about 30 minutes to cool the room down.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! It was super clean and in an amazing location. The best part, though, was the friendly and professional staff. Everyone was so polite, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room, which was really thoughtful since I didn't mention it was my birthday! Huge thanks to the team, and I can't wait to come back next time!💚

The only downside was the noise from the water heater on the balcony. Also, the wall between the balconies could be higher for added privacy.

Fantastic location near the main restaurant square in Santa Marta and an easy walk to both the Marina and the historic sites. The hotel is situated on a street with a sports bar that our kids loved visiting in the day to play pool and darts and also a beautiful clothes boutique. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and friendly, communicating with us clearly via Whatsapp when needed and being very responsive. Our room was perfect for a family of 4 - 2 connected rooms, both en-suite, with a main door. The pool is very small but charming and welcome after walking around in the heat. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. I had read on other reviews that the aircon didn't work in the hotel but that was not the case for us and it was perfectly fine. The beds and pillows were very comfy too. Given location and comfort, this hotel is great value for money.

The rooms are a little tired in terms of wear and tear. The restaurant and roof terrace are very basic - better to make the very short walk to the square for drinks and food.

The hotel was perfectly located to get around Santa Marta, the hotel is also quiet at night so the noise from busier streets near by doesn’t effect your sleep. The staff were also really friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful when booking trips to minca and tayrona. Also helped a lot with getting around Santa Marta. Breakfast was also good and the room was very comfortable. Roof top is also nice for a drink in the evening if you don’t fancy walking into town.

I don’t normally leave reviews but really enjoyed my stay here so had to leave one. No negatives for me really enjoyed my stay

Leidy was the most wonderful host and welcomed us with open arms. She was always happy to help us with any of our needs, gave us advice and tips on where to travel and visit whilst in Santa Marta such as the surrounding areas / tourist sites / activities. The hotel had a great artistic / rustic feel & look to it, I personally loved it, it felt like a home rather than a hotel. The rooftop bar was a huge bonus which had a good selection of very affordable drinks & cocktails. Very close to the Parque de los Novios área which is a must if staying in Santa Marta. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, I can't compliment them all enough, especially Leidy. If I visit Santa Marta in the future I will most definitely be staying here again because I love the hotel.

The only criticism I have unfortunately is that the rooms are simply too hot, I didn't understand why they have a strange system where once you remove the hotel room key card out of the wall it automatically turns off the air-conditioning unit in your room and it becomes so hot it's very difficult to cool the room back down again as the air conditioning units were not very powerful or cold which was quite frustrating when you wanted to sleep in the night, Be warned Santa Marta is a very hot and tropical city so an good air conditioning unit is an absolute must I am afraid. The hotel certainly needs to improve this particular issue as a matter of importance.

Room quite spacious, air conditioning works well, bed is comfortable, the breakfast is very nice with many options. The location is right in the heart of Santa Marta’s city centre right nearby Parque de los Novios. The shower has hot water which is not a guarantee in many places in this region of Colombia.

The sound proofing was not perfect but it wasn’t bad either. In general we had a nice stay and we found it difficult to find something we didn’t like.

- This hotel is one of the nicer options in Santa Marta. My friend and I had originally booked the family suite, but when we arrived, it was not available, so we were given two separate rooms for the same price, which worked out just fine. - I had a standard double room, and my friend had a superior double room. As far as I could tell, the only difference was that the superior double room had a balcony with chairs. - Both rooms were large and clean with an oversized double bed, crisp clean sheets, and a duvet. The bed was a little more comfortable than the standard hard-as-stone beds one finds throughout Colombia. Quality pillows. - A/C, Wi-Fi, and mini fridge all worked well. - The bathroom was modern with a decent-sized shower and hot water. - The breakfast was simple but tasty - eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt or cereal, juice, coffee. The menu varied slightly from day to day. - The hotel was located on a quieter side street, 2 blocks away from the main park with nightlife and restaurants, Parque de Los Novios. The malecon (beachfront promenade / harbor) was only about a 7 minute walk away. -There was a nice lighted terrace with a bar on the roof (fourth floor), though we never went up there because we were always out and about. It was a nice stay. If I returned, I would probably spend a few more dollars and stay at one of the other hotels.

- I thought it was priced a tad higher than it should have been. - There was no A/C in the halls or lobby area. Not a huge deal, but Santa Marta is bloody hot, and you will sweat through your breakfast. The only spaces with A/C were the rooms themselves, and a small enclosed area directly in front of the reception desk. - No elevator, so you will need to lug your bag up one or two flights of stairs. - The pool is really just for decoration. It's a "plunge pool." - The hotel entrance faces a dumpy side street. There really aren't any views of anything from here.

I loved everything about the apartment, especially the rooftop where we could enjoy our coffee. The location was superb, close to everything we needed. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—a perfect start to the day. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely recommend!
