Everything is to like. The facility counts with various sports activities and two different restaraunts. Which offers you a quick bite or a la carte menu as well. Nice Bar and great Olympic pool.

The check out time is super strict, if not you have to pay additional or extra fees. Continuous calls to when we have paid or not the extra time, a complete hunt for one to pay an extra night after staying a period of 4 to 5 days, obviously one will pay a couple more night just let me rest!!! Get it!

Good hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. You have to wait for the order on the left where they help you to serve. ;) The bar is a bar for some rich people and the staff is not very friendly. On the other hand, the reception is very friendly. Especially the security and the cleaning team! We liked the slide in the pool and the hottub was very warm.

The pool and club area are great. Perfect stop along the road for our kids.

The rooms were simple and smallish for our family. We stayed one night only and for more this would be a problem. Also the breakfast could use improvement - we found ham in the scrambled eggs which is no fun for vegetarians.

The whole complex is very big and well thought in the way that was build.the room was very big, clean and comfortable. It is very nice to be able to park the car right in front of the room. The breakfast was good but with little diversity.

The refrigerator was noisy and rusted. One 'bad thing' (although the hotel has no blame for this) is that the area/city is not turist friendly (besides the hotel staff very few people speak English and there not many things to do around in the area).

Excellent on all aspects; Location ideal on our way to Manazanillo, to break up the drive, spacious and comfortable room. Fantastic amenities; pool, games, restaurant, outdoor area. Near the Caribbean Rainforest Sloth eco tour.

Property was comfortable. Liked the pool and gymnasium. Location is ok. Staff is very polite and professional. Hard to get parking close to your room - not enough spots

Bathrooms could benefit from an upgrade. In some bathrooms it is evident more then in others. Not enough parking spots on the main parking lot.

Nice and tidy Hotel. We (our kids, my husband and I) enjoyed the big pool. The kids liked the playground. We also appreciated the breakfast buffet and the meals in the evening.

Conveniently located en route to La Pavona (Tortuguero). Car parking in front of the room which is secure due to a gate and patrolling staff. Huge swimming pool.

The restaurant is rather expensive

Excellent place as a stopover to Tortuguero. Good restaurant, great gym, great pool!! Wouldnt go there for anything else other than a daybof rest before you continue your travels

Its outdated, but gives all the comfort you need.

The 50 metre swimming pool was amazing. Definitely recommend the hotel if you want to swim. Also excellent gym and good safe parking.
