Lovely location only 20 mins from Split airport on the beach. The restaurant was nice and the rooftop bar was a great place to watch the sunset whilst having a G&T. On-site parking was a bonus. Swimming pool was gorgeous with plenty of beds to lounge on. The room was great for what we needed - only stayed one night so that we were close to the airport.

The air conditioning worked but I would have liked it a bit colder as it was still pretty warm during the night. You could see straight through into the bathroom (glass screen) which wasn’t great for privacy particularly as we were sharing a room with our 16 year old son. We had to vacate the room whenever he wanted to use the bathroom!

This hotel was a piece of Heaven! It was very quiet in a neighborhood about 40 minutes drive from the city of Split. The small hotel (about 8-10 rooms) had stunning views, very high tech rooms/bathroom, impeccably clean and well maintained. I travel internationally for work about 170-180 days/year and stay at 4 - 5 star hotels. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Branca, the hostess, greeted me with keys and thoroughly explained the hotel, room, and location. I only ate breakfast but heard the dinner shouldn't be missed at their restaurant. I will definitely stay here next time I am around Split. If you want a relaxing place away from the city, I recommend Sky Beach. I also highly recommend having a car to zip around the towns.

Better signage for the location of check in/reception.

Branka was so nice and helpful. She stayed late so we could arrive at 10 pm. Rooms were super clean, lovely, and beautifully furnished. She patiently explained how to use the digital controls to the one young person with us who coukd habdle all that newness. zparkung was made very easy for our two cars.

Very high tech controls for everything electric. You need a tech-savvy young person along to figure out the tablet based controls. Thankfully there were push button lights by the bed. For such a high tech place there should be two sockets on each side of the bed.

Amazing hotel and friendly staff. The restaurant has excellent food and is reasonably priced.

More vegetarian options would have been great as you are eating the same option day after day. The apartment is all high tech with the iPad for all lights etc. It's a little over engineered and not all functions work. One light would not go off no matter what buttons we pressed and another came on randomly in the night.

Comfy room, amazing view and delicious food. The view is astonishing from the windows of the hotel! It is amazingly peaceful provided the distance from Split. We did not at all have to look for other restaurants as the hotel has amazing chefs and professional staffs.

Very well designed and appointed. Everything we needed, modern and good quality. Good food. Amazing roof top beach-bar with good wind and cocktails.

Only thing which could have been slightly better was amount of shade from sun around the pool when it was very hot and sunny, other than that, couldn’t fault it.

The location was perfect. We had chartered a sailboat from Marina Agana and stayed here for a couple of days prior to sailing out. The property was perfect-- very well designed and classic yet comfortable. We had the penthouse suite and the view were amazing. We loved our stay. Oh, and the food at the restaurant was wonderful and service great.

Food was very good and would highly recommend, dinner service was excellent, staff very friendly, room very comfortable. Poolside loungers are excellent and very comfortable.

Bar service very slow. Hard to navigate the lighting in the room. Very small room for a family of 4.

Perfekt design, comfort, delicious breakfast, lovely spa

The architect did a great work, but why did the elevator end one floor above the spa. So you have to walk on the drive way to reach the spa. If the elevator goes one floor lower, you dont have to meet cars on the way to the spa.

- strange but building elevation seems to be still not finalized/fixed in some places - windows were not clean when we checked-in - first day swimming pool was not clean enough and prepared but it was solved next day after reporting
