An extraordinary accommodation. Located in the heart of the city, at the same time quiet, modern, clean, equipped with everything necessary. The public parking lot is three minutes away. The staff is exceptional, especially the friendly and professional Sara. All recommendations.

Location, location, location…. You’re right by everything. The apartment is located in the beginning of a pedestrian only zone and it is set back from the street, so it was really quiet and peaceful. The communication and check in process was smooth. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The apartment was just enough space for us, but it’s not overly big. Very clean and the kitchen had the typical items you needed. This was a great stay for us and we would happily stay here again.

My only minor issue was no toaster in the kitchen. I think the microwave had a way to toast but I didn’t want to mess with it.

Never had an apartment stay as clean as this one, very impressive! Well equipped apartment! The location was so close to the old city, in the map it looks like a little away but actually was a few minutes away. We parked the car at the car park recommended by the apartment which was a few minutes away, very convenient. The apartment replied to my question rapidly almost instantly. It was a very comfy stay.

The only thing was the hot water, it was three of us staying, between us we needed to wait a bit to have the hot water to be heated up again for the next person!

Before I arrived, I was sent a whatsapp message with all the instructions for a self check in. This helped massively as I arrived late to the apartments. Every response was replied to very quickly to ensure a safe and efficient entry. I highly recommend Korta apartments to anyone wanting to visit Split. Great people, great facilities...excellent service.

Shower went cold after 15 minutes, however this was my own doing having a long shower. The instructions via email let me know I had to wait 30/40 minutes for it to reheat which was very accurate.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartments Korta and would highly recommend it! Communication with Sara was excellent—she’s so helpful and made our experience even better. We rented a car and were a little worried about parking, but there’s pay-and-display parking just a 3-minute walk away. If you happen to get a penalty ticket, it’s a flat €8 for the whole day (which happened to us), and we simply paid it at the post office. The location is perfect—everything in Split is within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Split!

We stayed in apartment 1 which was on the main path but it was quiet and secure. The staff were welcoming and got us into our room quicker than the check in time which was great. We left our bags in the secure lobby so we didn't have to carry them after we checked out. The room itself was spacious, double bed, small table and chairs, kitchen area with bowls/plates etc and a dishwasher and TV although we didn't use that. Room had Aircon and blackout curtains so it was comfortable for sleeping and not being woken early. Bathroom was a good size, towels and wash stuff provided Coffee and croissants were provided in the courtyard in the morning.

We had a late arrival but the hosts made it easy for us to check in. They were super accommodating and kind, and the apartment was absolutely perfect! Great location, comfy beds, and a convenient layout for three people.

Loved everything about our stay!

It was all about the location! The neighborhood was very nice and walkable - with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife just a block away. This one-night stay very much enhanced our stay in Split. After a couple of days wandering around the bustling, hectic port area, it was a pleasant surprise to be in this human-scale and friendly environment.

Parking might be an issue (we didn't have a car). Check in was a little mysterious. I didn't receive responses when trying to contact reception re: early check in. But when we decided to just show up, there was somebody there to let us in.

Very nice studio apartment in a great location in the pedestrian zone, with everything in the old city just a short walk away. It is in a relatively quiet area, and we slept really well. We travelled by car, so parked in the public parking lot a few hundred meters away. Our first floor studio apartment with balcony was nice and clean, with well-functioning air conditioning and a comfortable double bed and pull out coach for our teenage daughter. It was very hot, so we didn't actually use the balcony, but it is probably nice on somewhat cooler days. Communication was very detalled, with lots of messages both on booking.com and WhatsApp. Almost a little too much, but very friendly and open to questions. Answers came promptly.

The kitchen could be somewhat better kitted out. We only used it for breakfast, so managed ok, but we missed a coffee maker, cafetiere or reusable filter. They did have coffee in the courtyard in the morning, but the taste wasn't quite our preference. They also served mini-croissants, which was a nice touch. Supply of cutlery in the kitchen was limited too, only three sets of forks and knives, as far as I could see.

Clean with everything you need. Aircon worked really well. Terrace was our favourite part. Beautiful hosts who responded quickly to all our needs. Light breakfasts provided in the morning was a lovely touch, made us feel at home. Would definitely book here again!

The layout of our apartment was a little difficult to manoeuvre as the stairs were quite narrow so we couldn’t bring our suitcases upstairs, but otherwise no issues. We all agreed we would have preferred a washing machine in the space instead of a dishwasher.
