The location was perfect, right in the old town, but in a quiet street. Everything was closeby. The check-in process was smooth, the room was cozy and clean, the balcony had a nice view with two comfy chairs. The room even has a small fridge which I wasn't expecting! We visited in February so it was a bit cold inside but the room had a heater and we were able to heat up within our first day. The common area had a kitchenette with everything that you'd need for a few days, a microwave, some coffee and tea. Extra towels and toilet paper were available to grab if you need them.

The location is really perfect, very central and couldn't be closer to everything. The room we had, had an amazing small balcony where you can sit and have breakfasts etc. The bed was pretty comfy. The first night we kept the windows open for some air and it was extreamly loud and you're in a middle of 2 busy restaurants. However the double windows are like magic - you can't hear anything when you close them and the AC has multiple options so you can have fresh air and not too cold. The room doesn't have much amenities but you can use the kitchen which is just downstairs and it has everything you need to prepare some food and drinks. We also met the host and she was really lovely, you can see she cares a lot about the guests and all the facilities.

The room is bit small, for two average size people it's was a bit hard to get around. The bathroom seems very new and it's clean and all but the shower is taking up space so there is really very little room for the toilet. The shower head is only facing straight when we put it in the holder so impossible not to flood the whole bathroom. Maybe I would also add a little table to put outside on the balcony because we had to use the chairs and it's not ideal.

Nice simple place at a perfect location right in the old town of Split. The manager is highly welcoming and attentive. There was a small issue in the bathroom that she got fixed immediately on a Saturday. When I needed an extra night on short notice she also helped me a great deal. Thank you!!

Room was clean, easy to get to and located well.

The air conditioner was okay only. I visited when it wasn't hot so it was adequate but if it had been in July I would have been uncomfortable. The window didn't close and there was a lot of street noise at night as well. But overall, it was good.

Dragica is the loveliest host. We got the fourth-floor room - quite a walk up with luggage and all, but absolutely worth it!' We loved the position too! But keeping the windows open at night, we woke up a bunch of times because of groups of happy (drunken) people passing by down in the street. We could have closed the windows and used the air conditioning, but we don't like that much either. All in all, I am very happy of this booking!

Very good accomodation located directly at the city centre. All major tourist locations are at a walking distance. The room is pretty good and the host was very nice. Basic kitchen amenities are available in the lobby and the host was very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it. 10/10

Place very close to the main square and the diocesan palace, lodging with very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Close to several supermarkets, we cook perfectly.

The heating in the room didn't work, so we put up with a little cold.

The location was perfect, very close to everything you might need. The room was nice, clean and light. The kitchenette is a nice thing to have if you're staying more than a few days or if you're on the budget. We had issues with wifi, but we were able to fix it because of the fast communication with the host.

Sliding toilet doors were super heavy and I've never closed it all the way because I was afraid I will get stuck inside :) a handle would be convenient.

It was right in the city center. Coffee and tea at the reception There is iron in the hallway that you can borrow. Dragica is very friendly and helpful. Mini fridge in the room.

The hair dryer is very weak. There is kebab place right in front so you can't keep windows open - smell goes everywhere. Also quite loud and noisy street, even at night. Tv isn't smart, you can only watch Croatian channels. WiFi is very slow.

Location was heaven! The self-check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. Place had great amenities. (So wonderful to have kitchen to use and washer & dryer!!! Also fridge in room!)

Could use a larger waste basket and even a second one by desk would be great.
