The room was spacious, the venue was adjacent to the old town and the National theatre and the staff were all exceptionally helpful

Unfortunately my taxi driver dropped me at the back door which was clearly labelled for the apartments. Thecorrect entrance !, which wasthefront of the department store was Not as clearly. So I could not raise anyone in the building from the back door. I had thirty minutes of panic.

Arriving at the prima life mall.. this was a very unusual location for a hotel.. you arrive asking yourself where am I going.. and then the lady at the reception opened a room .. just WAW! Every detail was perfect.. The room is big, super clean Bathroom super well organized with everything you need. The hotel is super centered.. easy to access everything by walk.. bars and old center town are just across the street. Amazing hotel👍🏻👍🏻

Parking next to the hotel is hard.. and unfortunately there is no parking in the building And no pressing service neither with the hotel.. that would have been a plus.

Great location. Short walk to the local hospitality. The room was really spacious and clean, staff were friendly enough but we didn't need much contact with them. Easy entry after closing time. All in all a great base and we would rebook if ever in Split again.

Although we knew that access was in a shopping centre, we missed the signage and had to ask the ground floor shop how to get in. Once we knew we just had to take the lift to the 3rd floor it was easy from there. Night entry after they close was equally as easy. The key card opens the shop front with access to the lift. We didn't realise we would need a key to re-enter to get our luggage after we checked out, however after quick phonecall to reception, we regained entry, no problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they recommended restaurants in the area and kept my luggage at the reception after my check out. The location is very central, just 2 min from the Palace perimeter and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Very safe area, very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom.

The indications to find to the hotel are not very clear, there is no signage outside the building indicating that the hotel and reception are on the 3rd floor of a (rather run down) department building.

The Hotel was very central and close to all restaurants, bars and harbour. I would highly recommend this Hotel. It was clean and comfortable, I would definitely return. Lovely helpful staff. We were able to leave our luggage at Hotel which was great as we had a night flight. 5*****

The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. There is a small shopping mall beneath but access is extremely easy at any time of day. Big window with a nice view. The best possible location. As soon as you walk out the front door you are straight into the old town. With the strip and all of the best restaurants within a minute to 5 minute walk.

Could do with freshening up a bit inside and wasn’t clear on where we should enter the building itself (on a Sunday) especially as the main shop was closed for business. Shower pressure wasn’t the best.

It is a little difficult to find at first. Look for the elevator with the small Prima Life sign above it.

50mts from the old town, huge room, big bathroom, very clean and super price (in offer, but I would even have payed the real price). Nice and helpful personnel. I didn't haave breakfast.

The personnel should work on their look and profesionalism as receptionists. They were all very nice indeed, but a bit unexperienced for the reception of a hotel (they didn't find my booking, didn't know whether I was in one of their hotels or the other - I think it's the same place split into to parts with different names, but same reception). Also I had to go to the airport at ca 4.30am and they couldn't tell me about the airport shuttle schedule...I used Uber, but exiting the hotel I saw the taxi stop at the door and some cars, even making me good offers to go to the airport. There is a bar/disco in the building next to it. For me the noise was OK but for sime people it could be loud.

The location was great but the building looks weird and it is in a mostly vacant building. The location itself was perfect for exploring the old town.
