Booked this VERY last minute (we found ourselves in an apartment in Split that was terrible and needed to move ASAP), we were shocked they had a room for our remaining 3 days in the area and immediately booked. When we arrived it was BETTER than the pictures even showed us. This was such a great boutique style hotel. Had everything you needed to be very comfortable plus more. There is a small beach area directly across from the hotel (many of the locals swim there as well)…. The water was gorgeous! Hotel has beach towels for the guests (ask at the front desk). There is a huge breakfast buffet each morning that is included in your room rate…. Plus that same restaurant space has a terrific dinner menu. There are also tons of restaurants within walking distance. We had a room with a balcony facing the sea and absolutely spent a ton of time sitting out there enjoying the views. The staff was all so friendly and accommodating as well.

Staying at Hotel Štacija in Kaštel Lukšić was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were visiting dear friends rather than staying at a hotel. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. If you're fortunate enough to book a room with a balcony, you’re in for a daily treat—breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, with stunning views of Split, the islands, and the sparkling Mediterranean. Breakfast is a true highlight—delicious, fresh, and beautifully organized. It sets the tone for a perfect day ahead. As someone who often travels by car, I was thrilled by how convenient everything was. The hotel is easy to find, unloading luggage is a breeze, and the parking situation is seamless. What truly sets Hotel Štacija apart, though, is its incredible team. From check-in to room service, the bar, breakfast, and management—every single person we interacted with was kind, hospitable, and highly professional. Their warmth and attention to detail made our stay feel more like a holiday with family and friends than a typical hotel experience. While a part of me wants to keep this special place a secret, the amazing team at Hotel Štacija truly deserves all the recognition and success for their hard work, vision, and unique approach to hospitality. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in Dalmatia, Hotel Štacija is the perfect choice. I cannot recommend it highly enough! A superb find! We loved everything about this hotel. The staff - every member of the hotel was friendly, polite and very helpful. The room - comfortable bed, we slept well every night, and the room was clean and well appointed. They offer to fill the fridge for you and even supply plug in mosquito repellents. The view - absolutely stunning! We stayed on the 3rd floor with a sea view and it was just breathtaking. The location - just yards from a little pebble beach and not far from many other beautiful little beaches. Breakfast - fresh and plentiful with a super friendly lady who couldn't do enough for you. I loved the iced lemon water in reception, just what you need on return to the hotel. The staff at reception help with excursions and booking taxis/ transfers and also provide you with complimentary beach towels which was very helpful. All in all, exceptional value for money. It is an ideal hotel for visiting the area without paying high end prices. The number 37 bus is so efficient to get you to either Trogir or Split, or even to and from the airport. Evening strolls along the promenade take you to lovely little harbours with plenty of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Hotel Stacija and would return without hesitation. Thank you

Nothing to dislike

Room was very clean and modern. Location of hotel provided perfect view of Adriatic. Chose this place because it was close to the airport and it was easy to get there for an early morning flight. The check in staff seemed a bit aloof, but the restaurant staff were very friendly and looked after me very well. The food in the restaurant was simple but delicious. Dessert was spectacular. Parking onsite was a plus. Closeness to the beach also a plus.

Didn't seem to be any beach towels in the room, although I didn't ask for them.

The breakfast at Hotel Štacija is outstanding, featuring a wide variety of delicious options that cater to every palate, all fresh and well-prepared. Dining with the stunning view of the Mediterranean added an extra layer of enjoyment to our mornings. The breathtaking views from our balcony deserve a special mention. Overlooking the serene waters, it provided a perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing vacation. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit to Hotel Štacija to relive the exceptional hospitality and serene beauty of Kaštela. Despite our very late arrival we were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist. De room was nice and clean and for once we had a shower that wouldn’t cause a water ballet in a hotel bathroom 😃

Breakfast was nice, but slightly disappointing we weren’t allowed to sit on the terrace in the sunshine and were only allowed to have our breakfast in the shady part. The sunny part was only for guests to have a coffee…

Amazing location right on the sea and promenade. Close to Trogir and Split but away from busy tourist areas. Just 15 min from Split airport. Beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to many sights like Krka national park. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast at hotel was excellent with freshly made omelettes. The room was modern and clean. Not large but large enough. Also hotel is a great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing, absolutely loved the made to order Avocado toast and Poached eggs. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Just a note the on EV charger. There is only 1 Tesla Destination charger point. It should work with Tesla and also some other Electric cars. I tried charging my BMW i4 and it didn't work. I had the same issue with another Tesla Destination charger in Belgium, while another one in Germany worked great. So I guess not all Tesla Destination chargers are created equal. Not a fault of hotel, because Tesla Destination chargers are managed by external companies, but just wanted to share my experience for other EV drivers that might visit this hotel.

We had excellent time, everything was just as they advertised even beyond that. Starting with the receptionist, very friendly and helpful with every situation. Food was apslutely delicious also the staff very friendly. Room very clean and tidy all time. Croatia (split) u won our hart, we will be BACK. HOTEL STACIJA ❤️

The location was fantastic, Old town away from the Summer rush. Quiet but all attractions easily accessible with good food and good restaurant nearby. Wonderful breakfast provision. Very scenic location with quiet beach. All of the staff were genuinely really nice and helpful, very professional. It had 3 things that were lacking in most other places we visited - ample free parking, quiet after 11pm and a beach/seafront that was not overrun in July.
