Great hotel in a fantastic location, stones throw away from the beach if you fancied a changed from the pool. There's a supermarket 10 min walk and a few food restaurants all within a 15min radius. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful which is credit to the hotel. Our room was quite big and on the ground floor 006 but some members of our party had the upper floors and they were quite small. The only thing I would change is the breakfast is quite basis and limited, there could have been a lot more choices I thought. Be careful going into the sea, there are a load of sea urchins and no warning signs placed anywhere. A few of us got stung so I would suggest wearing shoes into the water. If you are going out and about i woukd suggest using an Uber it's much cheaper travelling around, only 15min ride from tre airport and roughly 30min ride into the city of Split. In all thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Croatia! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Our kids especially loved the pool — they spent most of their time there and had so much fun. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the sea, which made beach visits incredibly easy and enjoyable. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We'd definitely love to come back!

Our stay ay Riva Kaštela was amazing! Our flight arrived at 7:00 and check in wasn’t until 15:00. When we arrived at the hotel, we bought an extra breakfast and after that we could stay at the pool (which was so private and cute, everything was clean and comfortable). By the time we were there, I was 32 weeks pregnant and the weather was reallt hot for me. Antonija, the administrator was amazing! She was so kind and told us 12pm that we could do an early check-in. Also they uprgaded our room and I was so happy about it, I even cried. I felt like this hotel and staff really cared about my wellbeing. All of the time we were there, everyone was so polite, truly happy and we felt really welcomed. Also we loved the room to the sea view (sea was 50m from hotel) with a big balcony. It was so relaxing. And the bed was amazing! After our stay we left to Split and everyday missed Riva Kaštela hotel and this areas calmness.

The receptionist was very helpful, especially when a pair of trunks we had hung on the balcony to dry ended up in the pool! The selection at breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and the bed’s comfy.

The hotel lacked any atmosphere, possibly because there were very view people staying there and it’s very new. They don’t offer evening food or a bar and we could only find one place open nearby, which was very pleasant. They charge €38.00 to arrange a taxi to the airport which I feel is expensive given the distance and that they advertise airport transfers which is why we booked and I thought they would be included in the price!!

The hotel had clearly been renovated to a very high standard, everything was brand new. Our room was immaculate and had all facilities needed for an enjoyable stay. The shared sun terrace was huge with comfy sun furniture and an amazing view of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of options, we filled up before our flight home. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Ideally located close to the airport which meant a quick 5 minute journey on the morning we flew home. The hotel is located right on the beach front with access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend it to others and would return for another stay.

The only thing we would say is that the hotel name has not been changed on google maps so when our taxi driver was trying to find the hotel it kept wanting to take us to a hotel with a different name which caused confusion in finding the hotel, this could do to be updated. Other than that it is a stunning hotel and we would definitely return for another stay.

Great location close to the airport, very convenient when having to catch an early flight the next morning. Ample parking space and nice to relax at the pool, although there are only a limited number of sun beds available. It wasn't very busy at the hotel and we received a complementary upgrade to a deluxe room with sea view. Also had really nice dinner at the beach bar at the waterfront. Short, but great stay!

Some extra and a bit more comfortable sun beds would be nice.

Place is really amazing! I came just for few days for my birthday to enjoy landscape and sea. I was insanely surprised how beautiful area around, view, clean beach in 1 minute, pool and calm atmosphere. All stuff are very nice! Special greeting to guy who changed my room because I was not happy with view and absence of balcony ( sadly I don’t remember his name)! But all this details makes me enjoy my staying at this villa! I recommended 100

I booked room at this villa because on photos I saw this view out of balcony. But sadly when I got checked in my room I didn’t met the requirements from photos. There was no balcony but kinda terrace on ground floor with different view. Glad that kind young man changed my room on next day and I celebrate my birthday exactly how I imagined it

Breakfast was beautiful. Size of room was great and the view was over the sea. It couldn't have been better. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioning broke on the day of our arrival. It was explained as we checked in and we were immediately offered a 40% refund which we accepted. The staff handled the situation very well. It's a quiet place and lovely, walking along the sea front with enough bars and restaurants. Beautiful place.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is right beside the beach, so I could just walk out and enjoy the sea whenever I wanted. From my room, I had the most beautiful view of both the mountains and the ocean – honestly breathtaking. The staff were super friendly, the place was clean and comfortable, and it felt so relaxing to wake up to that view every day. Would definitely love to come back!

What a find ! HOTEL Riva is a beautiful boutique hotel thats only 10 minutes drive from Split airport. The rooms are spotless with everything that you need for a more than comfortable stay .The staff at Breakfast were great , offering freshly made scrambled eggs every morning . On request on a hot day unmbrellas appeared at the pool . Nicolina on reception could not do enough to make sure all guests were made to feel welcome. She was so helpful with bus time tables and restaurants recommendations. We will definitely be back !
