The hotel staff was very friendly. I traveled with my wife and we wanted a mountain view room but as there were many bookings, they tried but could not adjust our request, so they treated us with wine for the compensation. The gesture was really heart warming The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was clean with everyday room cleaning. There is a supermarket Euro spin in just walking distance of 1 min from where we used to get our essentials everyday. The hotel has a modern infrastructure with an excellent location reachable by bus from the main city center

The breakfast was average. I would like to point out a scam not related to hotel at all but by EUROSPIN, supermarket close to this hotel, so that my fellow travelers don't get scammed in future.We bought 6 bottles of 1.5 L water and the lady at the cash counter charged us of 36 bottles. This was done intentionally as when I went out of the supermarket and my wife was checking the bill, she was constantly watching us. When we realized this mistake, I went to confront her and was waiting in the line with many customers waiting in front of me. She realized that I came to know what she had done and asked me what is the problem. And then she refunded me the amount. So, whenever you go this superstore, please check your bills twice and thrice !

The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Brigita, as well as the other two front desk receptionists, for their warm welcome, valuable advice, and consistent readiness to assist with any questions. The cleaning staff were also very friendly, and the rooms were spotless—modern, well-maintained, and with beautifully designed bathrooms. We also appreciated the free parking area, which was very convenient for our rented car.

The location is a bit distant from the main attractions, but it's easily accessible by car. Taxi prices are very affordable, and the quieter surroundings could actually be a plus if you're looking for a more peaceful stay. Breakfasts were good, though we found the meal options outside of breakfast somewhat limited. That said, we only dined at the hotel once—on the day of our arrival—as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the city center to explore and enjoy. At first glance, the rooms may seem slightly smaller than expected, but they are very well-designed and space is used efficiently. We quickly realized that everything we needed was right there, and no more space was even necessary.

The hotel is new. It is modern and clean. The room is large and modern, the bed is very comfy. It smells really good when you first enter in the room. The bathroom is sparkling clean!

The breakfast could be a little more diversified to match the hotel, but nothing to worry about.

A cozy, compact room with a modern bathroom, a comfortable bed featuring quality linens, excellent value for money, convenient parking, friendly staff, and efficient air conditioning.

The breakfast is average, and the coffee is not good. The hotel is located on a very busy street, making it noisy; it’s better to request a room at the back. The corridors can also be loud due to guests hurrying and slamming doors. The restaurant isn’t open in the evenings, which is quite inconvenient given the hotel’s remote location. Additionally, there are no bottles of water or coffee and tea-making facilities provided in the rooms.

I liked the facilities, level of hygiene, and specifically the signal of WiFi :) Breakfast was ok. The great thing is free parking and a lot of space. It is always possible to find a parking spot.

I didn't like the off naturalness of staff. They try to be professional, but not exactly. They did not say anything wrong but the guy serving breakfast was checking how many pieces of bread we were taking, number of cups of tea etc. Check-in was at 14:00, and they did not let us in before 14:10. Even though check-in is at 14:00, we would expect the room to be ready a little bit earlier than that.

Room was very comfortable, breakfast was good. It was a great place to stay before heading to the airport. It's not very close to anything, so wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay unless you have a car.

Huge parking lot (shared with other surrounding shops, but big enough). Having a supermarket right next door is always useful. Lovely, helpful staff at the reception. Very clean hotel overall. Modern, efficient bathroom. Comfortable bed.

The single room is really small, don't pack too much. Also, know that there is nothing to see at walking distance. Having a car is a must.

Nice room, very comfortable and with SmartTV. The hotel is clean and new and staff was very helpful. The shower is good and with amenities available. I stayed one night and it had everything that I needed. Location is a bit far from center, but this is a plus if you are with car :)

Breakfast could be better and there was no bottle of water available in the room.

Staff was amazing very friendly, location is great and convenient as bus stop is right next to the hotel and main attractions are just about 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. Room was clean and tidy and very good facilities.

Breakfast could have been better especially vegetarian options (not much apart from bread butter and fruits)

Rain shower was completely unusable. Obviously never checked by the staff as they would immediately have to replace it. The two rooms we had both had broken showers.
