Amazing views of Znjan beach from balcony. The apartment is spacious, located in quiet area and close to beach. All amenities listed were available. Balcony also acts as sunroom when shutters are closed so can dry wet clothes within a few hours. Zoran (the host) was very accommodating regarding our ad-hoc requests for early check-in and late check-out too which was very appreciated!

Hot water for shower can run out quickly after 2 consecutive showers. Would recommend waiting 15-20 minutes between hot showers so the water tank can reheat.

The view is amazing, worth the money alone you spend on the property. Bed was firm but comfy and plenty of utilities within the apartment. Didn’t have to buy much from the shop.

The air con went through stages of smelling a bit funny but soon cleared up. The shower temp was temperamental sometimes and the air con box in the balcony meant you couldn’t sit out on the balcony whilst leaving the air con on as it would get too hot.

Great view! The apartment was perfect for our one night stopover. It had everything that we needed. The apartment was very clean, comfortable bed, fridge, balcony with great views. The apartment is small but the most was made out of the space. Zoran gave plenty of useful information that would be particularly good for those staying for longer and he responded quickly. Great restaurant and few steps away from the apartment building.

I guess the fact it is a studio as we wouldn’t normally book a studio as we don’t like cooking in the bedroom, but as we were only staying for one night this wasn’t an issue.

Every aspect of my experience with FM apartment and it's owner was exceptional. Very professional and so helpful with tips about neighborhood, local eateries, bars, city... Apartment is small but super clean, comfortable and convenient to the shopping center, supermarket, bus stops, etc. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you!

The apartment fully met expectations. The room has everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable, having dinner watching the amazing Croatian sunset was amazing. There is a shop, restaurant and bar with craft beer 10 meters away. The owner Zoran was incredibly friendly and helped with all questions. I will definitely come again.

The path to the beach is a little inconvenient, but this is a mere trifle

Location wasn’t perfect but once I got used to it found it easy enough to walk to restaurants or use Uber.
