The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Especially the sea view is beautiful. Hotel is right in front of the beach, there are a few steps to walk down to the beach so keep that in mind. The sea was just wonderful, so clean and so still. The breakfast was good, they had all the basics and you can order any kind of eggs made just for you so that was a plus. There are also a few restaurants close by like 10-15 min waking distance. But the hotel's location is just so great that you can hop on to an Uber and you are in the Split city center in just 10 min. It costs usually 7 euros by the way. And Split is such a beautiful city, you will want to go to the center everyday. We had a lovely stay here and this is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a budget friendly option with a good service and a good location.

This is not about the hotel but just a heads up, there is a public beach in front of the hotel and there is a beach bar right next to it. At the beach bar, renting 1 sunbed was for 35 euro per person. So we didn't want to pay that price. However the public beach is with large pebbles so without a sunbed sitting on the stones was uncorfortable. People brought things to sit on the beach like thick yoga mats and chair cushions. We didn't have much time here so we didn't buy anything like that but you might consider that.

Very clean, modern and well serviced. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast provided was very nice to start off the day - especially the omelette!

It was a long walk to the old town and a lot of construction work along the foreshore - but can see the end result will be incredible for the area. The beach was lovely but would recommend reef shoes as it was uncomfortable on bare feet. Water was warm and refreshing.

It is very good value for the money. We got a room with PERFECT view. Breakfast is very good, stuff polite and helpful. It is enough parking space and the room was enough big and clean. Hotel is near to very beautiful beach, i think it will be perfect place for summer season to stay. We came with small child, they are well equipted for small children (free cot, baby chair)... perfect!

It is a bit far away from the city center, but if you are with car it should not be a problem. Stairs which you need to take to get to the beach needs renovation and it is needed to clean big grass which is growing over the stairs.

Although it is not a new or ultra modern hotel, we appreciated that it was very clean, that the hosts were very welcoming and that it was furnished with good taste. The breakfast was delicious, the beach very close, free parking. It can be seen that it is a family business and that the hosts do their best to make you feel good.

An improvement that they can bring to the rooms without a balcony is to put a small laundry stand where you can dry your beach clothes. It should also be taken into account that the hotel is far from the center of Split, but the Uber works very well.

This is a small boutique hotel like 30/40 mins walking on a lovey promenade outside of the Split old-town (or 4€ by Uber/Bolt): - Very friendly! Staff is always there if you need something. - Very clean rooms. Efficient housekeeping. - Simple but cozy nice room with sea-view. - Lovely breakfast, you can choose an egg-specialty that they will prepare fresh for you. - Quiet area outside of the main town with direct access to the beach (either from the parking of the hotel or through a small park).

- Nothing to complain! - Just be aware that the beach area below the hotel is currently undergoing some construction. So either there can be some construction noises and/or it could be a bit crowded in the main season.

The location is beautiful, nice quiet area to relax and enjoy the scenery. Staff were extremely good with communication and accomodating for anything we required. Rooms were extremely clean and are set out with everything you would required for a short stay. Breakfast was incredible. Staff were extremely informative of any places to visit or tourist attractions, restaurant recommendations etc.

The only fault I would have with this property is the amount of stairs to get down to the beach. If you have any walking difficulties i would say it’s probably not the place to stay. Another thing I would say is it is about an hours walk into town, however it is only a short uber. If you’re looking for a quiet spot out of town this is perfect.

This is a hidden gem in Split :) Amazing view from the rooms, good location, very clean (daily services), good breakfast - this is something you can expect from the pictures and other comments. However after our visit we believe that there's something even better than the view from the room and all that - the staff running the hotel 😊 Very kind, helpful and good to talk to. We're especially thankful to the lady who welcomed us at the reception and gave us a lot of useful tips, we really felt taken care of and it was a real pleasure to talk with you every day. Location was outstanding, just some stairs to reach the beach. Nice facilities and rooms, parking spaces available. Breakfast was also cooked fresh every morning and we could not have been happier with the overall service received. Would definitely stay here again.

There is not much to complain about really. Everything was perfect and I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. Maybe the only negative thing is the location as you would need to walk a a little bit to reach the nearest main street with shops and so on, but you get a nice location to stay in which is peaceful.

Room is pretty big and nice Beautiful view from the room. Free parking in the garage and also in the garden Beachfront, hotel in the first row, you just have to go down with stairs to the beach Sun-beds and umbrellas on the beach Staff very nice and friendly. We got free welcome drink on arrival (local bear) We didn’t expect too much from breakfast because we have very higher criteria’s but breakfast was so delicious. Not so many choices but totally enough and very good quality. Eggs (omelet, scramble etc) they prepare just for you on request, they have also very good quality prosciutto and mortadella and also some ham and few different kind of cheese. Nutella and local chocolate cream, croissants (sweet and salt), musli and American pancakes. Even for fruit they had strawberries, melon and blueberries (not like in some hotels apples and bananas). You need half hour walking near the see promenade to the city center ( Riva and Diocletian palace) or 5 minutes by car. Taxi from hotel to w center is just 4€ with Uber app
