The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Especially the sea view is beautiful. Hotel is right in front of the beach, there are a few steps to walk down to the beach so keep that in mind. The sea was just wonderful, so clean and so still. The breakfast was good, they had all the basics and you can order any kind of eggs made just for you so that was a plus. There are also a few restaurants close by like 10-15 min waking distance. But the hotel's location is just so great that you can hop on to an Uber and you are in the Split city center in just 10 min. It costs usually 7 euros by the way. And Split is such a beautiful city, you will want to go to the center everyday. We had a lovely stay here and this is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a budget friendly option with a good service and a good location.

This is not about the hotel but just a heads up, there is a public beach in front of the hotel and there is a beach bar right next to it. At the beach bar, renting 1 sunbed was for 35 euro per person. So we didn't want to pay that price. However the public beach is with large pebbles so without a sunbed sitting on the stones was uncorfortable. People brought things to sit on the beach like thick yoga mats and chair cushions. We didn't have much time here so we didn't buy anything like that but you might consider that.

Very clean, modern and well serviced. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast provided was very nice to start off the day - especially the omelette!

It was a long walk to the old town and a lot of construction work along the foreshore - but can see the end result will be incredible for the area. The beach was lovely but would recommend reef shoes as it was uncomfortable on bare feet. Water was warm and refreshing.

Beautiful room, great facilities in the room, the breakfast was excellent value for money and all the staff were lovely.

The area itself was a let down. Luckily Ubers are very cheap and responsive in the area so it's super easy to get away. But I'd say if the area itself is very important this may not be the place for you. The beaches were okay but they're disrupted by huge building works going on around them so there isn't quite the relaxing, tranquil beach vibe I was hoping for. Obviously the hotel itself can't help that but I think it's something to be mindful of.

The room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, and both the room and especially the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Breakfast didn't have a ton of variety, but everything that was served was fresh and delicious, including eggs made to individual order. The super easy access to the beach was also impressive. A very nice overall vibe at a very affordable price, and one night left us planning a future stay!

The AC felt too strong and was difficult to adjust. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner among the toiletries instead of the combined hair and body wash.

It is very good value for the money. We got a room with PERFECT view. Breakfast is very good, stuff polite and helpful. It is enough parking space and the room was enough big and clean. Hotel is near to very beautiful beach, i think it will be perfect place for summer season to stay. We came with small child, they are well equipted for small children (free cot, baby chair)... perfect!

It is a bit far away from the city center, but if you are with car it should not be a problem. Stairs which you need to take to get to the beach needs renovation and it is needed to clean big grass which is growing over the stairs.

Breakfast was very good. Once we worked out how to walk to the city it was good though took 30-45 minutes. We were going to taxi back one night but the driver told us it would be expensive not the 5 euro the reception lady said so walked back again. Apparently taxis will rip you off unless you use an app. Lift was great

Booking showed a balcony as a feature of the hotel. The garden view we had was out of a high window. No balcony in sight for us. Bedding was too warm and aircon minimum was 21 degrees. The stairs down to the beach were long and steep.

One of the cutest hotels I ever stayed at. The breakfast was great! Small but high quality and made with love! The staff was also really nice, especially the manager was really nice and helpful! We really liked our room. The view was amazing!

One blonde lady that was at the reception one night was rather rude.. I wish they hadn't made the decision to put a big carpet in the room, I think leaving the tiles would have been cleaner and more suitable for a holiday at the beach..

Although it is not a new or ultra modern hotel, we appreciated that it was very clean, that the hosts were very welcoming and that it was furnished with good taste. The breakfast was delicious, the beach very close, free parking. It can be seen that it is a family business and that the hosts do their best to make you feel good.

An improvement that they can bring to the rooms without a balcony is to put a small laundry stand where you can dry your beach clothes. It should also be taken into account that the hotel is far from the center of Split, but the Uber works very well.

We loved every aspect of our 4-night stay at this small family-run hotel. The owner was friendly and welcoming and spoke good English. Everywhere was beautifully clean. Excellent breakfast with a good choice, including eggs cooked to order and fresh (not tinned) fruit salad! Free onsite parking was very convenient. Beach access direct from the hotel (via steps) and then about a 45-minute walk along the promenade into Split Old Town.

This is a small boutique hotel like 30/40 mins walking on a lovey promenade outside of the Split old-town (or 4€ by Uber/Bolt): - Very friendly! Staff is always there if you need something. - Very clean rooms. Efficient housekeeping. - Simple but cozy nice room with sea-view. - Lovely breakfast, you can choose an egg-specialty that they will prepare fresh for you. - Quiet area outside of the main town with direct access to the beach (either from the parking of the hotel or through a small park).

- Nothing to complain! - Just be aware that the beach area below the hotel is currently undergoing some construction. So either there can be some construction noises and/or it could be a bit crowded in the main season.
