I really liked the location. The breakfast is served at the local restaurant and was good and quite generous. Most of the times we decided to eat lunch or dinner at their restaurant since they have good food at a fair price. The staff was also lovely. My favorite part was the fact that the family room had a full bathroom and a separate toilet room. Since we were 4 (2 adults and 2 children) this was quite convenient.

The rooms are on the top floor and it getting hot easily. The air conditioner was working but it was a little too nosy for me. It had no silent/night mode.

About 2.5-3 km from the city center. The staff of the pension is a good-natured and very kind staff. Shat is available for free consumption in the lobby of the rooms. Breakfast is served but very rich. You can't eat everything they bring out. In a word, I can recommend the guesthouse.

What you have to watch out for is the taxi. The night rate can be 5x the day rate. They took us in for 5 Eur and brought us home for 25.

Our stay at Hotel Palma Rooms was truly splendid. The breakfast spread was delightful and the lady in charge deserves special praise for her exemplary service. The room was generously sized, and the bonus of having two bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. While the location isn't exactly at Split's main "trg", it's just a 10-minute walk, making it conveniently close. In sum, everything at Hotel Palma Rooms was superlative, marrying comfort with accessibility. Highly recommended!

Amazing breakfast. Everything was fresh, and the omelettes were delicious. Friendly and helpful staff, let us check in early as room ready. Large comfortable room, great Aircon. Ate in the restaurant twice, recommend the chicken in gorgonzola sauce. Very reasonable price. This place is great value and I'd highly recommend.

Would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee in room, but that's just a personal thing.

Lovely place. Comfortable room and bed. We were welcomed with a glass of sherry (or schnapps) by the manager who was helpful to find our way around town. The restaurant downstairs serves a nice breakfast, but also a decent dinner.

Location is very convenient; away from busy tourist area but easy 15 minute slight downhill walk to The Riva area. Upon check in we ate lunch at the More restaurant located on the ground level. Food and service were excellent. The rooms were very quiet despite proximity to a busy street. The rooms were spacious with storage space and comfortable seating. The bed and bath rooms were very clean. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

The street view is a bit off putting with graffiti and litter at the front door. The ground level reception area looked more like a storage closet and could be cleaned and tidied up to present a better first impression.

It was modern, very clean, good a/c, good WiFi and good location. Just cross the street and take the #8 bus and 4 (or maybe 3) stops later you are in the old town area. Leave your car parked at the hotel. Save yourself a headache looking for parking in the old town. We were also allowed to check in early. Breakfast was bountiful!

The breakfast was very good. Rooms were also decent and we liked the big bed.

There isn't 24/7 reception, but that was not a problem for us.

Booked last minute and it was just what I needed. Clean, big room and a big bathroom. The wifi was great, as was the free breakfast. The staff were very friendly, it was just tricky to find someone at check in.

It can be a little noisy from the road at night.
