I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Split, Croatia. Located just a short walk from the beach, it was the perfect place to unwind while still being within reach of everything Split has to offer. The area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway, yet surrounded by great amenities including restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. The hotel itself was spotless and well-equipped, with clean, modern facilities that made my stay really comfortable. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, which was perfect for me—close enough to explore, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the crowds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They really went out of their way to make sure guests felt welcome and looked after. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. All in all, a lovely stay and a hotel I’d definitely return to next time I’m in Split.

Large, comfortable room. Bright atrium style breakfast room. Variety of breakfast items. Very helpful staff. Nice extra touches like a jar of complimentary sweets and biscuits in reception and shelves of books to swap. Great local restaurant next door and supermarket nearby. Located about a twenty minute walk from old town, but close to the coastal path and beaches.

Smoking is allowed on balconies and being non-smokers, our enjoyment of the amenity was spoiled by the smoke drifting from adjacent occupants. Same on the terrace at breakfast.

We booked the suit on the top floor and had lots of space for the four of us. Walking distance to the center (20 minutes). Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

To get a proper cappuccino you have to ask the staff which was annoying because she did make a happy impression. To get back from the old town we had to take the taxi which was on average 30 Euro

We booked this due to it having a swimming pool. The room was very nice and larger than I expected on the photos. Bed was very comfortable and room did have coffee making facilities and small fridge. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Small walk to restaurants and bars but main centre 20 minutes walk away.

While the room was lovely, the seating area outside faced onto the car park which was a little disappointing. The hotel facilities outside were dated and not like the photos on the website. Pool was in need of a clean and replacing the missing tiles. I would suggest removing the word 'luxury'.

Comfortable, spacious rooms; great swimming pool and sun lounger area. The breakfast was outstanding, possibly the best in all our years of travel. Good proximity to restaurants and the lovely Firule beach. Friendly, helpful staff.

Bathroom was not very clean around the taps and basin so this was offputting. More information on drinks and colddrinks on arrival needed. The area is nice but you do need a taxi to old town Split. Not a negative as this is clear in the property description, easy to get taxis and ubers from this location.

Very comfy Super King size beds, newly decorated rooms with brand new airco, and very friendly and accommodating staff. We had a great night here with our 2 teenage boys who had an adjoining room. The rooms are very spacious which is an added bonus, and the pool is a perfect size to cool down in after a hot day. We found it a good location for a short walk into town (20 mins) and in walking distance to a number of cool beaches. I would definitely recommend Boban Suites.

Nothing - was all great.

The hotel has several very different rooms. The family had in total 7 different rooms and all were great. Very good breakfast with several different options. The last day we negotiated late check-out for one of the rooms for a fair charge. The hotel is within a residential area, next to a sports area. The noice from the sports activity did not bother us or disturb at all. There is a short walk to the beach and about 30 mins walk to the old town.

Due to Easter, food and drinks services was limited.

The whole team are wonderful here. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us and made our stay so comfortable. The facilities were great, the room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely. On the days we were leaving the hotel early, they made us a lunch bag to take with us as they knew we would be missing breakfast. Touches like this were so greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff made our stay so wonderful. The facilities were a little older but the staff made up for any perceived lack. The breakfast was great and they even packed us lunches for our day trips. Great location and easy walk to the beaches and town.

As I said above it is a little older but every effort is made to ensure comfort. In the first night we arrived very late (and the night staff waited for us with a smile) and we couldn’t turn off one row of lights. We could have gone to reception to ask but we were so tired hahaha so ask questions if you have them!!

We were greeted by Antonia, who was exceptional and had the best customer service. The apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and bars. There is a Spar 2 minute walk away, which we found handy. The pool was perfect in the hot weather. There is a bar in the hotel which you can order drinks for round the pool. It had the sun until around 3pm. The breakfast was good, with lots of home made baked goods, juices, cheeses, meats and a toastie maker. The air conditioning was fantastic in the bedrooms and our suite had been updated so it was much nicer than the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise.

The wifi could have been stronger. There were quite a few ants around in the room and breakfast area. On our first evening, there was no hot water after 8pm. We went to reception to enquire but they said it was all used by other guests so shower early! No problems with water in the mornings.
