A family run very modern and clean apartment, great shower, air-conditioning with a very large comfortable bed. Also has a well stocked mini bar cooler, we used it for beer, wine and sandwiches which we bought from the supermarket round the corner. The apartment is an approximate 15 min walk down the hill to the very picturesque harbour front, restaurants, bars and shops. The friendly host Rafael picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and was always on hand for advice. The evening before we left Rafael's Dad (Drazen) invited us out and paid for drinks at the local bar which was a lovely gesture and very enjoyable.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Don’t be fooled by the outside this property is in the best location for the price you’re paying. 10/15 minute walk into the old town ( a straight walk down literally ) and another 10 minute to the local beach Bacvice. Although I would recommend taking an Uber which takes 20 mins from this location to kasjuni beach or even better to gooshter beach. There’s only 3 rooms in total so not noisy or crowded. Drazen is a lovely host who checks in via WhatsApp to check if you need anything which is nice and even can pick you up from the airport for a small fee. You have the option to do a self check in which we did and it was very straight forward and easy. Room is very modern which has AC and a big bed and a lot of closet space. Bathroom is good and modern too with a waterfall shower head and a regular shower head. There’s a balcony which is small with 2 seats outside and the view isn’t amazing just tress but still nice. Room was clean and fresh towels were on the bed on arrival. 10/10 recommend if your coming to split and need a good and affordable room.

We would have liked to have our room cleaned everyday (that is our own personal preference) and have fresh towels each day aswell. I’m sure we could have asked and gotten it but we thought that it was a given as most places do clean up the room and place fresh towels. Everything is via WhatsApp which for us wasn’t a problem the host will give you the codes for the doors and the you have key room placed outside in the hall to enter your room for some the communication via WhatsApp may not work. Outside street looks a bit rough and it could be difficult to locate the actual location as the sign is so small as it’s in an apartment complex on the first floor.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sailor Boutique Rooms! The room was very clean and I enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee on the balcony. The room also isn’t too far from old town, it’s a very nice walk. Drazen was an exceptional host who made my stay very special! He picked me up from the airport (and even took me back the next day because my luggage arrived a day late). When my trip was over he dropped me off at the port to catch the ferry to Hvar. He even taught me some Croatian words and shared some insights into Croatian culture which I really appreciated. On my birthday, he even bought me chocolate! I highly recommend this hotel, including for people traveling solo as Drazen will make the trip worth it!

One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in in Europe. It’s located off a main street in an old apartment building but don’t be fooled once you step inside it’s pure luxury with a little lobby and entrance to the room. Extremely clean comfortable and beautiful. Massive bed, aircon, mini fridge and tea and coffee, balcony, beautiful bathroom and my personal plus - Netflix and big Tv for the nights where you need to unwind. It’s located 15 max min walk straight from outside the door down to the port and old town (where you want to be and eat) and 8 min walk to the closest beach the other way. There’s a supermarket across the road for quick snacks and grabs. Service is also impeccable from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart. Drazen communicates with you throughout your stay for whatever you need. Absolutely wonderful.

I think it needs a bigger sign out the front! To be more noticeable from the road :)

Everything about the stay was absolutely perfect. Drazen welcomed me like I was his sone coming home from University who he hadn't seen in a while. Location was perfect as I had just came from a Ferry from Hvar and even with my bags was an easy walk. Coffee machine made me some great coffee and bar down the street had great beer! The room was extremely nice and clean, only wish I had was that my girlfriend would have been there to enjoy it with me. Bathroom was also super nice and after a long day of traveling took the best shower of my life!

That I couldn't stay more days, everything was great.

Close (about 20 minute walk) and we were in the old town and along the waterfront. Bakery, fruit and veggie stand, and grocery store on next street over about a block away which was very convenient. Easy flow with following check in instructions.

In general parking is an issue in this city. We lucked out and found a spot one street over but may have needed to search more because there were no spots left near entrance when we arrived.

The location is great, 5-10 minute walk from the city centre. Apartment was really nice, the host is the nicest man ever, he helped us with everything and if you need help with finding a free parking spot near the aparment, he is your guy for that! And if you don't find a free parking spot, there is a parking lot across the Konzum store. Everything was 10/10, we will definitely come back because of the hospitality!😇

The location was great. We drove and Rafael met us outside because he saved us a spot with street parking. It has a balcony with a table and chairs (though we didn't use it). The bathroom was nice, shower was sensitive. The bed is comfortable - two beds beside each other with a full size fitted sheet. The pillows were also good. We appreciated being a 15-min or so walk from the centre so it was quiet at night for sleeping. It's up just one flight of stairs in an apartment house, I think there's 3 units in total, though we didn't see any other guests. There's a small mini fridge in the room with purchasable items, we stored our own water bottles and a snack in there. Tap water is fine to drink. Split is expensive, so the price seemed on par.

Unfortunately it was not possible to connect with the WiFi on either of our mobile phones. We could easily connect in other establishments nearby & Rafael did check it out for us. I think it must be the security setup that out phones rejected

Very high quality interior, good bed and great shower. Easy remote check-in via pin code and access card. Extremely well sound proofed, we heard no road noise despite being next to a busy road. Modern Smart TV.

We would have liked the host to communicate to us the way of checking in before hand. I had to call when we arrived at the place to find out. There is no natural daylight, since all window blinds were closed, being so close to a busy road.
