It was our first time in Split and we have found this little gem which is a walk away from the Old Town. We had a great host (my husband said she’s the best so far!) and Antonella made sure everyday if we are comfortable with our stay. She’s the most mindful and caring host you’ll ever meet and the location is perfect for us. You can see the Bacvice Beach when you open the window from our room. She made sure that we got what we needed and asked if we’re doing okay with towels, coffee, etc. What we also love are the variety of reading materials inside the drawers. It has a range of various topics which can cater to different preferences of guests. The room is very clean, modern and well-thought of. It was also a smooth transaction checking in and out. She also gave us vouchers for one of the best-rated restaurants which is a nice touch. There are other hotels nearby but we chose to stay here because it looks cosy and it definitely was! Thank you so much Antonella for making our stay in Split memorable and we’ll definitely come back, and recommend your place to friends and family. 🙂

It was just like a luxurious hotel room. Everything was perfect and SO CLEAN! It felt like I was in heaven. I could see the sea from my window!!! It was less than a minute walk away. The walk to Diocletian’s Palace was very nice and enjoyable. I loved the restaurant, Soul Kitchen, that’s also less than a minute away. This would have cost me 4x the amount at a neighboring hotel I priced!!! Also, my host was attentive - always available to help. She wasn’t at the property - which can also be nice since my time there was short so I could peacefully come and go, but she wasn’t always quick to respond to any of my questions or requests. DO NOT HESITATE - STAY HERE! It is fantastic.

Be aware that the hall light switch when you enter the building is on the left side wall. It works fine - just know it’s there.

Lovely room with balcony and all facilities we needed including fridge, coffee machine, kettle and safe. Beautifully clean with comfortable beds ☺️ Fantastic and helpful communications with the host really helped us feel happy and confident with the booking. Great location 2 mins walk from the sandy beach or 15 mins walk right into the central town area.

Everything had a luxury feel aside from the towels which were quite thin. The cleaner woke us at 7am every day rattling her bucket! The host mixed up our booking by taking it on a message conversation rather than the Booking.com booking which meant we didn't have our requested room for the first night, but this was resolved prior to our arrival so we did at least know there would be a room swap.

It's awesome, just a 9-minute walk from the main bus station! You can walk almost everywhere from the apartment, everything's super close, and the beach is less than a minute away. The area's quiet and nice, the room's clean and well-furnished, and Antonella is amazing and always happy to help with local tips! We'll definitely be back!

Don't get deceived by the rusty external look of the building ( typical Europe)

The property was lovely and clean and a contemporary style which suits our taste. We had a nice balcony with a view of the sea. Antonella was an excellent communicator. There were nice touches such as toiletries etc in the bathroom, tea & coffee, milk etc. Fridge for our wine and glasses.

We had a problem gaining entry as we arrived at 22.30hrs and thought the reception desk was inside the door. We didn’t realise it was upstairs at the next door entry. Antonella had sent pics so we checked our phones & realised this. Just slightly stressful as none answered our call ( so don’t call on What’s App!)

Stayed 3 nights. Room 3 - nice big room with balcony - spotlessly clean - 4/5 star standard. Very good location, next to beach and short walk into old town. Exceptional value for money considering hotels nearby are all twice the price. Host Antonella was very helpful.

Parking is tricky, but we managed to find a space almost directly outside. Also noticed that there were quite a few spaces available outside the Hotel Villa Harmony overlooking the beach about 5 mins walk away.

At first I thought the building did not look like much from the outside, but the room was lovely, clean, modern, and comfortable. I loved that it was a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk (about 10-15 min) to town, and super quiet. I also appreciated the coffee and the tourist pamphlets.

I loved it. But if you have difficulties walking, etc, there is nothing much right nearby in terms of food or much of anything else. It is a residential area. If you need "other services," maybe a hotel is a better choice.

This property is fantastic. First, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view includes a park and the sea - it was adorable. The bathroom, I could spend days in it. It was modern, spacious with a luxurious shower and so many shelves for storing my hair, make up, and skin care items. We regularly walked to town for breakfast and lunch. Also, the managers are very kind and responsive. I loved our stay and would come here again in a heartbeat.

All ! :) Ok, it depends a litte bit on the fact, that i fall in love with Split. But really there is nothing to complain! For example: bathroom and living/sleeping room on a high level. I have a room on the first floor with view on a park and a little bit of the sea. What do you want more? You get coffee with a good nespresso machine for free and tea.

Great location, high level, clean and fresh apartment. Everything was super easy to handle with Antonella. Very effective AC kept us at comfy levels after burning +37 outside temp.

Coming in/out guests should be advised to keep quiet while in lobby, especially at early/late times as lobby is only few steps away from all rooms, and therefore beds. Otherwise very quiet rooms, nothing heard outside.
