The apartment is very nice and clean, everything is high quality and nice design, I highly recommend. The walking distance to the old down is about 10 min walk. If you come by car, keep in mind that the parking is subject to fee, if you choose to park in a private park, the fee is 1,5 euro/hour, if you choose to park on the local park spot( if you are lucky enough to find a spot) then the fee is much smaller, and you don’t pay during the night. Check-in is very easy, you have everything you need during your stay, from towels to shampoo and shower gel. The apartment provides a mini fridge with different beverages along with the prices list. The bed is very comfortable .

There many things I liked about the room. The room was one of 3 rooms only accessible within a hallway that had a keypad entry - as well as the room was located within a building only accessible with a keypad entry. This while traveling alone made me feel safe. The hallway had a lovely 3D art design built into the floor. The room had perfect amenities: kettle, coffee and a coffee maker with creamer option and sweetener, a mini fridge filled with items for purchase. The bed was very comfortable and the view was perfect, looking over the over and the mountains. I had a late flight and the host allowed me to keep my luggage in the hallway to enjoy the last day in Split. Everything was within walking distance. The Dreams Luxury Home is very close to the Cruise Port. With little luggage or rolling luggage, you can walk although there is a hill. The property is located just at the top of the hill around a left hand curve. Cabs are located at the base of hill. Luggage Lockers are also along the main street at the base of hill. Something to note, but was expected is that there is no elevator in the building.

The main building didn't have lights in the hallway as you entered. Getting up to the third floor by stairs I had to use my phone flashlight.

Location and price are outstanding. The room is beautifully decorated and the finishes are top notch. Host is very responsive to questions. Check-In was smooth. Nice coffee maker with enough for each partner to have 2 cups.

Wi-Fi is temperamental and had difficulty supporting more than one device.

Easy check-in, very clean, modern and spacious room, nice Rituals products in the bathroom, and good location (with regards the port/ bus/ train station, and Bacvice beach). Not quite the same as staying within the old town itself, but it is just a short walk away.

The building a bit outdated and the stairs not so comfortable.

The room was clean, AC worked great, the decor was modern, and the bed was comfortable. The host was responsive and let me know what I needed to do prior to my arrival. It was a quick walk to the bus/ ferries and old town. There was also a large, very nice beach nearby. Don't forget to take a beach towel. If you forget one, they sell them at the market outside of old town.

Didn't like the hike up to my room with my luggage or the step up to the door/ bathroom. Glad there's carpet or I would have broken my toe on that step.

Amazing host - really helpful, nice, and willing to gelp with everything to accommodate your stay. The rooms are amazing(really beautiful) and really cozy, the decore and the views are really nice. The value for price is amazing, and I hope it stays that way as I plan to book again

I'd wish there was private parking(there is a lot of general parking around there. I recommend using the Bmove app). But it's not a big deal

Room and bathroom very nice and very clean.

There was no lift there was a building site outside could not open windows because noise from roads and building site. No one there to greet us on arrival. Coming in the front door from the street not very inviting. Mini bar very expensive €5 for a can coke??? Come on. Did not use.

The condition of the room was just perfect. As if a renovation finished yesterday. I also liked the fact that the room was close to the bus/ferry station. It was very convenient to arrive and leave with a lot of luggage. And this is still very close to the historical town centre. The view from the window was amazing.

There were no lifts to get to the third floor and the bed had two separate, small duvets. Also, probably not always the case but, workmen were drilling outside throughout the whole night.
