We loved the quiet spacious room, the view, the location and the little breakfast location just across the road. We booked the Blue suite and it was exactly as shown. It's a boutique type hotel on the 5th floor of an office tower that has 8 rooms only. The ac worked well and was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. I loved the 2 separate duvets on the king size bed, the duvet covers are clean and empty on the bed and you have to put the comforter portion inside, they are located in the closet. The bathroom had shampoo, lotion and a hairdryer. The TV is a good size and has Netflix access. We purchased the breakfast vouchers which were at a small restaurant a few steps across the street. It consisted of a small simple buffet with good coffee and made it much easier in the morning not having to find somewhere to eat. I would definitely recommend. We walked about 25 min to a nice quiet beach called Tristenik Beach. I would highly recommend over the busy beach that is closer. Hotel location is 10 min walk to the ferry. Side note: Tap water is excellent and if you ask anyone in Croatia, it is better than bottled water. You don't need to buy water! Bring a refillable water bottle. The front doors of the office building slide open when you get close but they initially just look like a glass pane, not a doorway. Split is beautiful and we loved it all!

We could not get the remote to control the volume and had to figure it out on the TV itself. Not a big deal but thought I'd mention.

The hotel has a good location, close to the old town, the market and the promenade. The bus station and the port are within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is located on the 5th floor of a high-rise building, which was easily accessible by elevator. The spacious rooms have large windows and a beautiful view. Especially big pluses for the extra wide and comfortable bed. The nice bathroom has a good shower. There were also wine glasses in the room, which rarely happens in hotels. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality mr Ivan! Breakfast was prepared by a restaurant across the street from the hotel. The selection included warm food, all you need for for making sandwiches, yogurt-muesli and croissant with different fillings. Everything was delicious, the home-baked bread was especially good. And the cheerful lady in the kitchen was very accommodating.

Amazing location, close to station, city centre, good restaurant. (Pro tip: go to restaurant Lola, within walking distance.) The view from the room was perfect, just the way I wanted it. Friendly staff member, especially the man welcoming us, told us a lot about what to do in the neighborhood/city. Breakfast in the café across the street was very nice and tasty, but sometimes it seems there were more people than the staff could properly handle.

It would've been convenient to post opening times for the reception. Now we had to leave without paying/formally checking out, because no-one was there. We weren't away the reception only opens at 8 on a Sunday and we would've sorted the payment before if we had known this. (Of course, we did leave our details and we paid the invoice as soon as it was e-mailed, which was soon!) Skip on coffee if you're used to Western European coffee. Croatian coffee is NOT the same.

Friendly host. Convenient location. Walking distance to Old town, bus station/ ferry port. Tommy supermarket at the back of the property. Room is clean but a little bit smaller than expected. Accessible with car. There are 2 lifts for guest with heavy luggage.

It will be perfect to provide drinking water for guest either in bottle or water dispenser. Shower area was not so good. Water splash out and wet toilet floor easily. All rooms located at level 5 only. Will be nicer if it's higher. Security not tight. Anyone can access the building. *advance special request was not met.

The property is in the perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the main promenade and old town of Split with all the shops and restaurants, the bus station and port and from the beach. There is a supermarket right across the street. It is one of the more modern buildings in split, the room is huge with a bar fridge, all amenities provided. Soundproof, clean and comfortable. Nice view. The host and team are very helpful and friendly. I was stuck without a taxi during a peak hour and Ivan helped to get me transport very quickly, so I didn’t miss my transport to Dubrovnik, so shout out to him!

Complimentary water isn’t provided which seems to be the norm in Croatia, but a simple 1-2 euro extra in providing water daily would be a small gesture to make the difference- especially when the store accords the road is closed. Other than that it was perfect!

We chose this hotel because we did not want to walk far from the main bus station. We also wanted to have a view of Split and especially of the sea. Being on the 5th and 6th floor, the views were lovely! The room was spacious, modern and well equipped with a fridge and coffee/tea supplies. We really appreciated the 2 wine glasses! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is just opposite a small supermarket and lovely restaurant, as well as a short distance to the Green Market and the Palace.

Everything as promised. Ivan and Tony were usually at reception and we met Ivan after communicating on whatsapp. He handed over the keys and provided a detailed briefing including places to eat, etc. Even got some ice for us. After that, they were always on call if not at the reception desk. Room was nicely appointed and housekeeping available. Very centrally located and walking distance from port/old town. Excellent breakfast was available at a discounted price of 10 Euro at AE restaurant across the street. The staff there too were very friendly and accomodating, and we ended up having a few dinners there too. If coming by vehicle, remember to call ahead to open the parking lot boom gate, so its easier to unload luggage. Very pleasant stay. Great VFM. Would stay again.

Nothing really

Modern, very comfortable suite with very short walk to old town and ferry docks. Our room had beautiful views of the harbor. Small market right across the street to pick up any snacks. Ivan is incredibly responsive answering any questions almost immediately before our arrival and during our stay. Kindly stored our luggage for us while we explored before our ferry departure. Breakfast is provided at a nearby wine bar and was adequate though nothing special.

Didn't realise how close this apartment was to the harbour, or we would have stayed for longer. It has a carpark, which seems to be rare in Split😁

Only problem was our GPS took us to the back of the building and we drove round the block several times trying to find it. This was our fault though and as soon as we rang the Suites, their staff member came down to the entrance and guided us in immediately. if you are lost, just call😄

We loved our room. The view was breathtaking, especially at night. Ivan and Eve were wonderful hosts. The bed was comfortable and the air worked well. The large walk in shower was greatly appreciated. We had a very nice stay and would definitely visit again. It is centrally located to everything! The little restaurant across the street called VillaDiana is a nice place for dinner. We had a pasta dinner with salad. Everything was fresh and the food was got and tasted great.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the building randomly made loud settling noises at night. It was a little disconcerting. WiFi was occasionally touch and go.
