We liked everything. Friendly staff. The restaurant has great food! Everything is tasty and fresh. The breakfast is filling. The room is large with windows facing the main street, but this did not prevent us from sleeping on comfortable beds. The shower deserves a separate chapter! Three options for water supply! Fresh towels, a coffee machine, a fridge and, most importantly, a working air conditioner in the 35-degree heat! We had a great time here! We are very grateful to the staff for their attentive attitude and understanding. The city center is 10 minutes walk away, the transport interchange and train stations are also nearby, the beach is also 10 minutes walk away. The location is simply excellent. There is a supermarket, a market and many cafes nearby, you can walk to all the sights..

The building is old and there is no elevator, the climb to the 3rd floor is by stairs. This just needs to be taken into account, but it did not spoil our vacation and impression, especially since the staff brought us the luggage to the room

The staff at Hotel Villa Diana go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. From check in to check out, Marko was always available to help with everything. Marko assisted with luggage, parking, dinner, etc with warmth and professionalism that makes guests feel like a part of the family. The onsite restaurant served the some of the best food we have ever had, the truffle pizza was legendary! The breakfast buffet and ala carte dishes were very tasty and filling, everything was perfect! The location is central to the historic old town, green market and port. You can walk to everything! On our next visit to Split, Hotel Villa Diana will be our #1 choice!

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were exceptional—always approachable, available, and ready to assist with anything I needed. They made sure we have a parking spot which is a great luxury in Split downtown. They provided great information about the city, which made exploring so much easier. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and close to many great restaurants. The property was spotless and felt new, with everything maintained to a high standard. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Location superb, 5 min walk into old town split, 5-6 min walk to the beach, room excellent and we loved the asthetics as it kept the history of the building, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had everything you needed, variety for everyone & likes that breakfast included in the price. The hotel provided beach towels also as we spent day at the beach. Clean towels everyday, room immaculate. Staff were very polite, friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Marco, from moment we arrived to the moment we left he was brilliant, gave us some recommendations (city view from viewing point unbelievable), nothing was too much trouble, really enjoyed talking football and about history of Croatia with him (Hadjuk Split).

We were made very welcome from the beginning. It started when we arrived much later than expected because 2 flights were canceled and rescheduled. The staff on the night shift was fantastic helping us settle in.

Not a thing. The staff at this hotel are extremely kind and accommodating. The location was brilliant as only an 8-minute walk to the harbor and restaurants. Also, you can catch acres bus there for free to take you to and from the big mall that has wonderful up-to-date shops. I was lucky enough to get this info from Hotel Diana staff

I really don’t want to admit how great this place is because I will probably never be able to get a booking there again if it gets any more popular. Villa Diana is a wonderfully modernized property housed in a historic building. We loved the beautiful and gracious room with top quality furnishings in impeccable shape and cleanliness. The staff Marcos was so helpful and it was so clean (I hope you guys tip housekeeping because it is that good!) and quiet and the location was excellent for traveling in and out of Split via bus and boat services. Also nearby are tour services and everything Split has to offer. Top quality breakfast with many options and cooked to order eggs. Also gluten-free for us. Unfortunately, for Split in 2024 expenses are increasing, but at least you get your money’s worth when you pay more here. We did local market shopping, tours in the city, day tours that left the city, and took the bus to Togir so easily from this excellent site. The thick walls and windows on this building insulate you and it is very quiet. This neighborhood also goes to sleep at night. But you only have to go a couple of blocks to party hearty all night.

I wish it cost a little bit less, but that would be regarding everything in Split, which has some inflation issues. This is a little tough for everyone, especially the locals.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Diana. It is a nice, clean, and small hotel, also conviniently located near the bus station and Diocletian's palace. The room was good, and so was the bathroom. The staff is really nice: The guys from the restaurant, Marko (really really nice guy, went out of his way to help us) and Goran (really sorry if we are misspelling your name) was super helpful, too. The breakfast was super tasty with multiple options they'll cook for you besides the buffet options. Really reccomend it.

I could feel the individual springs in the mattress. Not much in the way of soft cushioning on top. It wasn't so bad I didn't sleep, though.

We spent three night in this small hotel before joining a 7 day cruise around the Dalmatian Islands on a small ship. The location - near to the Port and the Palace - was perfect for us. The staff were very attentive and helpful in advising us on things to do and places to eat. The room and bed and facilities were great. The food - we had breakfast each day and one lunch and one dinner - were also first rate. All the staff were great but Marko in particular really went the extra mile. We had booked the same hotel for our last night at the end of our cruise and knew after our experience before the cruise that this was the right decision.

Great location short walk to Bacvice beach. Hotel is on a busy street but everything is close. Split Riva with all restaurants and stores are close which is convient. Staff at this hotel are great very welcoming and accomodating. They carry your luggages and are so helpful. Breakfast was great too nice selection and variety to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel.
