Location is very convenient! Not exactly in the old town but right on the edge of it. 2 blocks away. Also close to transportation hubs. Communication with the host is solid and quick. When there was a sudden power outage, they took care of it immediately (after a guest contacted them, I think), and power was restored within minutes. Room was nice and clean. Considering how expensive Croatia can be, Kuzma is a good price.

Wifi was free but a little slow. I also would have liked a fluffiest pillow or two but I guess that's personal preference. The single room is just that. Good size for one person. I felt like I was in a college dorm. Space is a little tight, but it works. Very very very minor issues.

Excellent location. Good air conditioning in bedroom. Super king bed, very comfortable. Clean. Ground floor. Quiet.Very helpful lady Ms Iva.

Crockery/cutlery needs updating a mix match of bits and pieces, but not a big deal really. You wouldnt be making much meals there. The "balcony" was tiny inner courtyard to share with neighbouring room only had 2 chairs. So no one would use it.

I would leave an 11 or 12 out of 10 if I could. The room has everything you need to spend a few days in Split. 10 min away from old town centre walking, so many supermarkets and restaurants around. 8 min walk to the beach. The place was spotless clean and they even left some drinks in the mini fridge to use in this super hot weather! The communication with Petar was outstanding and meet Iva, who checked me in, who is so lovely as well. And on my last day, it started pouring rain as I had to check out and get my bus, but Petar let me stay until the rain stopped, or at least until I I had to leave for the bus. 200% recommended!

Everything was spot on.

We stayed for one night as a stop over back from Hvar and before our flight in the morning. It's a lovely location, there's a quaint wine bar opposite where we stopped for a drink on our way home. The room is basic but has everything you need. Check in was very easy, our host was worried her English wasn't very good when in fact it was perfect. We also received a WhatsApp later to confirm if we needed anything else but all was well. It was perfect for what we needed for one night and the bed was really comfortable.

Nothing to complain about really, it's not 5 star luxury but didn't claim to be so. It's just what you need.

Everything about the room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is amazing, just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. Petar was incredibly helpful and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend!!

Tbh I was going to write a very negative review at start. Please take note the studio is a basement has a window that is literally on the floor on the street and the "balcony" is shared with the other basement. But then, after the days passed, I saw why people liked this apartment. Is ultra quiet, Peter is incredible (his son too, but less), we could borrow a sunbrella and the floor based-window is not so bad if you dont mind. Also, the bed and the WC are incredible. Lastly , the location is simply PERFECT.

Shared balcony for sure, and it wasnt ultra clean there was bread crumps left in the kitchen and we had to tidy up a bit.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. We were met by Petar ,a very kind and helpful man. He explained everything to us with all the time in the world about his apartment and Split. He even offered to take us to a restaurant he recommended in his car. He left us beer, water plus a plentiful supply of basic cooking ingredient. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to the port, bus and train station and the old city.

It was wonderful to be greeted on arrival by a person !!! and Two cold beers in the fridge. Comfortable king sized bed. The restaurant and bar opposite where excellent. A short walk to the Split old city and to the boats that take you on island tours. Great value.

Good, quiet location, near old town and beach, spacious room, clean and well equipped. The owners are very helpfull, helped to arrange pickup from airport, at the arrival showed around the place, and talked about places to visit in Split and nearby.

Petar and Jobo were great hosts, very accommodating and helpful with all our requests. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful as well. The room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was a nice space as well. Very close to the city beach and centre as well. Overall a very good stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Split.

Noise from the neighbours late at night but not an issue in the summer with the balcony door and window closed.
