Quiet alley, bakery very close. Great location, less than 10 mins to Diocletian palace and central split. Apartment manager Mate was very helpful. Easy access to ferry and bus station.There is a pharmacy and supermarket nearby. The main harbour and Riva are at walkable distance. The apartment is small and compact. Very quiet at night.

In summer, when it's hot, people sweat and their clothes get wet. Since the sea is close, the guest can also swim in it. The towels will also be wet. But there is no place to spread the wet things. Suggestion: clothes drying rack for the room. Instead of the usual routine cleaning, sometimes I also recommend a comprehensive sanitary cleaning (shower, air conditioner). I note that we had no problems with general cleanliness.

Mate was so helpful he organised Anna Marie a lovely lady to pick us up at the airport ,we used her for our drive back to the airport at the end of our holiday.The appartment was clen and comfortable and so near everything the perfect location. We arrived very late past midnight but mate met our car and helped take our cases up the stairs to the appartment .I would not hesitate to book this appartment again Mate told us of an all night bakery close by and lots of helpful information.If there were no stairs this would be a ten . As I said Mate helped with the very heavy cases so the stairs became less of a problem Thanks Mate your friendlieness and helpfullness will always be remembered 😊

Just the stairs but that became no problem as we had help with the cases.

Stunning room, huge bed, lovely little kitchen with equipment and a fridge and microwave, also an iron and ironing board. Mate WhatsApped us in advance and met us at the property and sat with us for around 20 minutes giving us lots of advice and great tips for our visit. Ten minutes walk from the port, coach station (airport shuttle) and train station and ten minutes walk from the old town and market but really quiet because it’s tucked into a quiet alleyway.

We were on the top floor which was absolutely fine for us but some may find stairs tricky as some tight corners.

Mate the owner was super helpful, he arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport which took us to the apartment, so we had no problem to get there. He was there to received us and give us the keys, he also took the time to explained to us about the city, places and restaurants near by. It was our 1st time in Split so all this helped us quite a lot, and we are very. grateful for that. Mate also arranged the taxi back to the airport, we can not ask more from a host. We will definitely book this apartment again

Great central location made it easy to walk everywhere. Train, bus, and ferry connections are all just a few minutes walk. Diocletians palace is a few minutes walk. Easy to get dropped off and picked up by transportation. Not too much city noise going on outside, it was easy to sleep. I couldn't hear the other rooms.

Location Quiet Clean, as described Host was excellent and checked us in at 11pm after a delayed train

Needed tea towel and dish cloth as there were cups and crockery for basic cooking/tea/coffee etc but nothing to wash up or dry with. A clothes airer would have been useful to dry towels and swimming stuff as nowhere to put, bathroom too small and the balcony would be perfect.

Breakfast was not included however, there was a little kitchenette that served its purpose well, with a fridge and toasted sandwich maker etc. which enabled us to have a quick breakfast and on some days either lunch this help to save a little money which we then could use for outings and trips and evening meals. The accommodation was quiet, clean and neat well ventilated and in a fantastic location. Literally one or two minutes walk from all the main attractions etc and with a bonus of a bakery, a small, grocery store, and even a laundromat just around the corner. It was easy, walking distance with our cases down to the ferry, which took us to Dubrovnik afterwards. Highly recommend this accommodation together with a wonderful host "Mate"

Very little in the negative. However it would've been nice to have a few extra cupboards or vanity in the bathroom for storage of personal items. As we stayed at the top floor, there were a number of short small stairs which were a little difficult to navigate, but we will lit. Probably not suitable for older people or anyone who struggles with stairs particularly if you're not able to carry suitcases up or down. However, "Mate" was there on, check in and helped us up with the cases. – Otherwise fantastic

Great communication from the managing hosts - Mate was at the apartment to meet me with the A/C on thank goodness! A lovely studio apartment - exactly as it appears in photos - spotlessly clean, with very comfortable bed and a lovely little balcony. Perfect for a solo traveller - appreciated the Netflix! Great location as well, with a small supermarket just minutes away.

Apartment 4 is a 4th floor walk-up, which didn't bother me but may not suit those with mobility issues.

- the location is perfect : very close to the city center and the Beach ! - the balcony is wonderful for breakfast or lunch - we felt very welcomed by our host : flexible and very helpful with good tips - the Green Market and many shops are very close - Efficient Wi-Fi

- the apartment is not very large, especially the kitchen - you need to be strong to carry your luggage in the narrow stairs ! - ) - may be difficult to cook something in this apartment

The Apartment is in an excellent location for everything we wanted to see in Split. Two minutes from the Old Town and five minutes from the Port. Our host met us on arrival and had prepared a Map for us, with lots of recommendations, for places to visit, along with Bars and Restaurants, which we found really helpful. A very good place to stay.
