We stayed for just one night and had a great experience. Andrea was incredibly helpful – she gave us great local recommendations and was always happy to help. The room itself was spacious and nicely presented, with a large bathroom and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the room is slightly below ground level, it didn’t bother us at all for a short visit. On-street parking was convenient, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to the old town. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in the area!

Location was great, you're minutes from the beach and a short walk to old town. The bed was very comfortable and it had roller shutters so we had a great sleep (the area is very quiet). The host sent us through recommendations and let us leave our bags at the reception before check in which we really appreciated.

There were some ants in the room which was an annoyance and the room is a little small. So there wasn't anywhere to put our luggage out. I would still stay here again :)

Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Easy access to the building with good instructions from the owner. Near the beach and 10 min walk to old town. Great breakfast at near restaurant.

The rooms are in a „basement” of the building. Below street level. Not a big deal if you’re only passing by Split and stay for a day or two but if you are here for vacation, one would expect normal room with a balcony or a view from a window. These are just sleeping quarters.

Great location. Room was quite small but we were only there for a night and had everything we needed. Shower gel in bathroom which was handy!Andrea messaged us the day before asking if we’d like her to meet us at property but we chose self check in and she gave us all the info needed for a seamless check in. She also messaged with restaurant suggestions. Really lovely service!!

If a long stay then maybe lack of a fridge would be an issue, but we had no probs.

The location is very close to the Bačvice beach, and maybe 10-15 minutes from Riva. There is available free parking in front of the apartment and also in its close neighborhood in streets around. The host is extra nice, offered us larger room for the same price, and when we came, she sent us locations of nearby places where to eat which made our trip easier. The bed was super comfy, the shower is large and the place was clean.

The place is really good but it would be nice to improve some things, for example: add a hanger in the hallway for easier access to jackets, add a shelf near mirror in a bathroom, add hanger on a door or somewhere more near to the sink and since the apartment is situated low to the ground the floors are very cold to walk on only in socks so it wouldn't be bad to include slippers.

I received friendly messages from Ivana who was obviously keen to be helpful about the check in procedure. I found the property easily and the self check in with keypads was simple. I had been upgraded to a large room which was smart, modern, clean and quiet. There were plenty of power points around (except for by the desk), the lighting was very good and simple to use. There was a good desk and a refrigerator. The wifi worked well. The location was excellent, in a nice part of the town, near to a beach and a short walk from the bus and train stations. The shower cubicle was spacious with a shelf and the water temperature was very easy to adjust.

Nothing major but a few small improvements could be helpful. It was not possible to reduce the water flow of the shower. Some coat hooks and also a stand for your bag or case would be good. There is only one power point by the desk - you need to choose between the refrigerator, the kettle, the desk lamp and your laptop. It would have been good to have some more information in the room - especially the WiFi code.

Ivana (the host) was excellent and extremely proactive in getting us checked into the room ahead of time. She was helpful throughout our stay and provided some great recommendations for split. After we checked out she helped us store our luggage while we were away on a boat trip and provided us with a space to get changed before leaving for the airport. Ivana was a fantastic hostess!

Close to the City Center, great temperature for sleeping with AC, comfortable bed, large shower, quiet area, easy to arrive and Check out with the Information provided by the host, great for staying a few days and mostly being there to sleep

Beach towels and swimwear did not properly dry over night in the bathroom. That might be due to rooms being in the basement.

It was lovely to be waited by Andrea. She is very accomodating n friendly. She was thorough in showing the room and explaining all the necessity. Took time with us until all information we need were answered. The Room is immaculately clean. Door Lock were easy to manage. It is super value for money as it is very close to the port, bus station, river and Old Town. I highly recommend this place!

For us, the location was perfect: somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle and yet quickly in the center. In addition, super quiet location. Ivana at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful; we really appreciated that.

Very troublesome is that you get the check-in details only on the day of travel, although I asked extra a few days before. On the day of travel it is so tedious to keep in touch. Either you don't have Wi-Fi, you're in line for check-in, security or passport control, or a call from Best Location is otherwise inconvenient when traveling. If you had all the information before the day of travel, the journey would be much more relaxed.
