Room was clean and Dino (the host) was great. Perfect location to walk to the Old Town or to any of the restaurants. Liked the added security of two sets of keypads: one to the foyer, one to the room.

Our communication with Ana was excellent and we were very fortunate to also meet her and her husband. Locating the property was easy and we had no problem finding a place to unload our rental car close to the entrance. The codes that Ana sent us on What's App helped us quickly enter the property and we were very pleased by how new and modern our spacious room was. It's absolutely beautiful with a large and stunning bathroom. We loved the very comfortable king sized bed and how cozy and private the room felt. The location was perfect for exploring Split and enjoying the nearby beaches.

The entrance to the building looked a little shabby but that had no influence on our enthusiasm for staying at this property.

The owner is very friendly and cooperative. The check-in information was very comprehensive. The place is very clean and the room is nicely decorated. The main entrance of the apartment and the room has codes so no need of the room key

There was a slight smell in the toilet. The entrance of the building is not very visible. There is a lot of free public parking around the building, but it was difficult to find empty slot.

Great location, just away from the hustle and bustle. Relatively easy to find. Very very clean, comfortable bed, and generous bathroom. Communication was excellent including an amazing dinner recommendation to Duje.

Per other reviews, there is a slight smell in the bathroom at certain times, but we just kept the door shut and it was fine. It is next to a road that has some traffic noise, but that didn't impact too much overnight.

Spacious, clean room. Friendly host, extremely easy to communicate with. Our choice for staying in Split for the second time and definitely we will come back again.

Nice apartment with close proximity to old town and beach. Clean and well maintained

No private parking, so you have to find the space on a public road, it took us some time to find the parking as the space was full in front of the building, but we did find some space a bit further on the road.

You can tell they've made an effort to make the place comfortable and nice to stay in. Really nice size room and bathroom. Smart TV with screen mirroring really nice to have. Everything you need is within walking distance.

The only thing missing was a hairdryer.

Spacious room and lovely comfortable big bed. Really close to beach, easy walk. Close to old town, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Host easy to contact and responded immediately.

No coffee or tea bags otherwise everything else was great.

The apartment is exactly the same as in the photos! It was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable . The location is in the center. The host was friendly and helpful!
