We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to choose from. The inside pool was great (we didn't use the outdoor pool, it was too cold). The hotel was very clean. I would definitely come back again.

Lovely room with very comfortable beds, and very clean, good shower but door didn’t seal so water leaked onto floor. Didn’t spoil our stay. Staff were exceptional - everyone of them was polite, friendly , helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good - food varied and plentiful. We ate in restaurant 2 evenings and food was superb.

Our only negative was the tea and coffee facilities in the room. We bought our own tea bags and coffee as we were given one single tea bag and a sachet of coffee mixed with milk and sugar. No milk was provided so we had to ask several times for a cup of milk from bar. I’m sure more tea bags would also have been provided if requested but we felt, for this standard hotel, it should be freely available. This however was a minor point and would not stop us returning!

We stayed for one night in transition from the island of Brac, so we didn't have to wake up super early to catch a flight from Split. Great location based in Firule, we walked from the Ferry Port in about 20 minutes, but loads of local buses would get you there easily enough too, as well as taxi. It's also close to dozens of fantastic restaurants, day/night bars and both Firule and Bacvice beach. We used the spa facilities (pool / jacuzzi / sauna / steam) which were clean, quiet and good quality. Lunch from the a la carte, as well as the buffet breakfast were really good quality. Room was spacious and quiet, comfortable beds, and plenty of storage for longer stays. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Only a couple of small things, the rooftop pool area was packed - possibly owing to the 30+ degree heat on the day. And the rooms on the back overlook the hospital, which can't be helped but it was a bit strange looking out and into an ICU bed - just as a warning!

The room was a very good size, and was clean, plenty of natural light. good size bathroom. The reception staff were always very helpful and accommodating especially the gentleman whom we seen on arrival and most mornings. Breakfast was excellent every day and the staff were attentive. The waiting/bar staff in the afternoons/ evenings were very helpful, very friendly and accommodating. The outside pool was very nice great view of the coast. The spa area was also very nice again the lady in the spa was also very helpful. We used the facilities and paid for massages which were great.

A point to note is the skirting board in the room needed repairing as it was short as if was a temporary job? But did not detract from the quality of the room it just caught your eye.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is very nice when the friendly reception staff upgrades your room because you are a guest who has been coming for several years. Extremely comfortable beds with pleasant bedding make your vacation even more beautiful. A wide selection of food and refreshments for breakfast is an energy boost for a good day. The room's balcony with a phenomenal sea view is an inspiration from morning to evening. The wellness with all the amenities is great for relaxation and recharging.

No international food, missing other kind of meat products for breakfast (chicken) It was only ham and bacon. !!!!

As a regular guest of the hotel since 2017, I enjoy visiting several times a year. Superior sea view room with balcony is my choice for vacation. Excellent hotel location, parking garage, with friendly staff. This time I want to highlight the kind lady Irena from the reception. The exceptional cleanliness and comfort of the bedding and bed with a view of the sea is perfection. Breakfast has a lot of choices and the food is very fresh and with a lot of fruit choices. They are excellent espresso coffee machines. This time there was no crowd and we enjoyed the Renevie wellness center, and the sunny weather made it possible to swim in the outdoor pool on the sixth floor of the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and beautiful decor. Daily cleaning service was provided, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was great, just 20 minutes from the Old Town, with a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony. The wellness area was fantastic, featuring a large pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and Finnish sauna, all in a pleasant atmosphere and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel!

The staff are fantastic at this hotel. They gave us loads of good recommendations for bars in old town. We loved starting the day with the amazing fresh breakfast and the dining area is bright and you're able to eat out on the terrace - which, although it looks over a small road is nice to sit in the morning sunshine. Roof was good, I liked having a cocktail and having out to sea from the pool. Bed was comfy.

The hotel has a slightly 'business' feel to the decor. it's clean but could have some personality. we didn't stay at the hotel much so it didn't matter too much. just a comment if I had to find one negative.

Check in experience was the best we have ever had and the staff member was very friendly. The spa was good and the rooftop bar was amazing.

The gym had restrictive hours and asked you to wait outside in the lobby. One staff member even locked the door behind themselves at 6:57 when the opening hours was 7 to avoid anyone going in. This wasn’t a great customer experience and seemed unnecessary as the gym does not require access to the spa and is unsupervised. However the rest of the experience was great!
