Nice cosy room next to the pool with a very good air conditioning system. The property is in a nice location, with some good restaurants/ cafes nearby. There is a really nice beach called Firule a 7 minute walk away (much nicer than bacvice) and at the top of the beach overlooking is a bar/ cafe called “Tennis Bar”. Next door to the property is also a very cheap coffee, with an arrange of sports on. Additionally, there is a fantastic pizza/ pasta place which is around the corner and very good prices called “Pizza Pasta Tudors” ( book in advance, as only small. Theres also a good suishi place down the road called Biberon. We used Uber/ Bolt to get into split centre, as it is a 20-25 minute walk. Uber and Bolt both very cheap, about 4-7 euros to get into the centre. If your looking to grab pastries, “Bobis” is always a good choice.

-Room could do with a bit of TLC- marks on the wall -Earlier in the week pool seemed a bit dirty, but seems to be rectified later in the week. -Would be good to have access to a coffee machine.

I recently stayed at this property with my daughter (10). I booked it for facilities pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay the property was clean and the front desk staff and cleaner were very kind professional and welcoming. The staff were a credit to this property and could not do enough to make our stay special. Very informative re how to get about and potential areas to visit. We walked along the coast to split centre old town it took about 25 mins. This route took us around coast so we saw beaches one sandy (Bacvice). The other small white pebbles. Water is crystal clear and we did go into sea cold at first but ok when in. Hot tub at hotel great very relaxing warm. The pool initially was too cold for us but at our request it was heated up which was wonderful for me and my daughter. I loved our stay if you don’t want to walk 21 bus is outside room on Main Street. We had a fridge hairdryer in room and sofa very spacious.

If the pool was warmer upon our arrival but after conversation with staff it was heated up and much more pleasant to use. It was clean and comfortable once warm.

We had a lovely stay at this small hotel. It is a great location for the beach and only half hour walk from the old town. Split is such an interesting place for a holiday. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. Katya was very friendly and really helpful when our air con was playing up. The pool was perfect as a place to cool down and the roof terrace was a great place to relax. We enjoyed coffee at the next door bar and were never disturbed by any noise. (As mentioned in other reviews). Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay close to the beach. The location was perfect, in a quiet, safe neighborhood with supermarkets nearby. The beach was a 5 min walk and there are some good restaurants situated there as well. The building itself is beautiful and very clean. We loved the pool, especially with the hot temperatures in summer it’s a great way to cool off anytime you want (or when you come back from the beach or the town for example). I’d say it’s a necessity in Split during summer! There was never a lack of available beds near the pool or on the terrace. We haven’t tried the hot tub but it looked very nice. The rooms were nice, sufficiently spacious and clean. Upon request or every couple of days they change the linen and towels. The mini refrigerator was very convenient. Then the staff: they were great. We had a few issues upon arrival and they fixed it right away. We felt very at home and they were always up for a chat. Whatever we needed, they took care of it. It really felt like a luxurious stay.

We had a fabulous stay here. It was my friend and I and the room was perfect- great size bathroom, comfy bed, netflix on the TV! The hot-tub was great with lovely views for sunset / night time. The location was brilliant- a short 30 minute walk into the old town and some really lovely restaurants and beaches nearby. We highlight recommend this place and will definitely come back. Amazing value for money!

Everything was great

We had a very enjoyable stay in Luxury Rooms Pino. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and modern and looks just like the pictures. The facilities including the pool and hot tub terrace were very nice. There were a few shops near by. It is about a 25 minute walk to the centre of split however, the walk is very safe and taxis are cheap too. We would definitely stay again!

There is nothing that I didn’t like.

Myself and my wife stayed here for one night only during our visit to Croatia. We arrived late in the evening (around 8pm). The apartment is one of several in the block. The communal areas we visited - (Pool area, communal shower) were very clean and well looked after. We could only use the pool for a short time as there were written restrictions on times of use, but it was nice and relaxing at the end of a long day of sight seeing and travelling. Our room had plenty of space for the two of us. Ensuite bathroom was very nicely tiled/decorated and shower was larger than other places we had stayed in. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked as expected. We had an enjoyable stay.

We were hoping to use the hot tub which was advertised and shown in the photographs on the site. However when we found it wasn't switched on and the water looked a little murky so we didn't use it. The only other point to make is that whilst a fridge was not advertised, it would have been beneficial, which we found with other places we stopped at on this trip.

Standard well finished hotel type room with excellent shower. Location was good for accessing the public beaches to the east of the old town. Staff were friendly.

A lack of sound proofing meant the Music Club Pino (next door )could be heard until late and then again early in the morning. For so called luxury rooms, it was a bit unusual that bed was set with a fitted sheet and pillows in cases but there wasn’t a top sheet. Further, the duvets and cases were in the wardrobe but had to be put together by us. Based on other ‘constructive/not wholly positive’ review responses, I look forward to how I’ve committed something egregious.

I absolutely loved the accommodation. It was modern, spacious and clean. We stayed in room 5. Perfect for 2 friends sharing. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the balcony, very roomy. The roof terrace and pool area were lovely and immaculately kept. It was a very peaceful and relaxing hotel, only wished I had more time to spend there. Lovely staff at the bar next door too. The hotel staff (reception and cleaner, sorry useless with names) were amazing, friendly and accommodating, lovely ladies. Anything you needed they would arrange for you. Location also perfect, 20-minute walk to the port. Uber taxis arrive within minutes if you are going further afield. I hope to return here one day.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

The property was beautiful. We had an apartment with terrace and sea view. The pool area was also nicer than I imagined. The staff couldn’t do enough to help.

There’s a loud bar behind the property that we could hear through the walls, it didn’t bother us as we were up late anyway, but wouldn’t be great if you had young children.
