Hotel was exactly as stated, very new, great contemporary decor. Staff very helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist who was lovely. Rooms were a good size, clean and new, lovely clean and large bathroom. Breakfast / dinner food was ok, it could be better see comments below however the restaurant ambience etc was lovely which made up for it. Location was a 15 min walk into town but we knew that on booking, there was a nice scenic walk you can do via the harbour and beach (about 30 min walk) which was lovely. Great parking location behind the restaurant, the staff kindly let us park there until we had to leave for the airport even though it was after check out.

Breakfast food could be improved a bit, less vegetables that were more dinner vegetables, maybe potatoes, mushrooms etc would be nicer. Nice selection of yogurts, cake and a good coffee machine. It was a shame you had to pay for things like waffles and pancakes, though they were very nice when we did pay the extra for them. Dinner was a but expensive and was ok, they also added a cover charge per person, only €2 but not sure why. The restaurant itself was nicely decorated and the service was good.

The staff were excellent especially the girl at breakfast, the location is ideal, it takes around 30 minutes to walk into the old town but local transport stops right outside the hotel Our first impressions of the area were not good but when we explored it had everything, shops,bars and places to eat. A 20 minute walk to a fabulous sandy beach with a place to eat, you can walk into Split from here too I would like to give a shout-out to the receptionist on checkout he went above and beyond to help us book an Uber to the airport thank you for a great holiday.

More Irish tea 😅 herbal tea is not my thing. The beach closer to the hotel had construction work in progress.

The Sia Split is very comfortable, clean, inviting, and new. The staff were very friendly, the bed large and comfortable, and the rooms and reception tastefully appointed. The aircon in the rooms is quite efficient, critical in the warm summer. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of fresh fruit and veg, breads, hot items, and beverages. Meals can be taken on the large outdoor patio that lets one enjoy the sea breeze. And if you like cats, you’re likely to see several around the property!

Some rooms facing the street can be noisy as it’s a fairly busy thoroughfare, but those on the back side were fine. The location doesn’t offer a view of the sea, and it’s not particularly close to the sea (a bit of a walk) or the old town (a short drive). As we were there for business at KBC Split Hospital it was perfect, but it may be a bit remote for tourists who plan to walk to their destinations.

This place is absolutely stunning and modern. There isn't one thing we could fault about this place. We came here on our honeymoon and they surprised us with a bottle of wine at dinner. Exceptionally clean and our favourite thing about it was their shower and comfortable bed and pillows. The Siana restaurant is part of the hotel and we ate all our meals there. The food is by far the best we've eaten at a hotel. We felt like we were at a Michelin star restaurant. Beach is five minute walk and 25min walk to Split Riva. We arrived with no beach towels and the hotel provides them to you if need be. How awesome is that? Mainly ALL of the hotel staff were extremely welcoming, professional and attentive. Unfortunately my phone charger broke on the trip and they managed to get one for us and let us keep it until we no longer needed it. They well exceeded all of our expectations and we can easily say that this is one of the best places we've ever stayed in and we have been to a lot of them. We loved it so much, we booked them again before we left for our next return. You truly get what you pay for and it's worth every penny. 5+ stars from us.

Nothing at all this place ticked all the boxes for us

Modern, comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was great in giving tourist advise, places to go etc. Parking in the garage under the hotel. Small supermarket very close made it easy to get drinks and snacks ahead of a days sightseeing. We were not sure about the location ahead of time as it’s a little out of the centre. However this made it easy to drive out on the motorway and it was only 20min (2.5km) walk to the old town - or a direct bus.

Not much really. Locals frequented for morning coffee and breakfast which provided a good atmosphere. Only thing we couldn’t work out was why they didn’t offer dinner from the restaurant.

1- Good location 2- Helpful staffs specially the duty manger Mr. Dario who tried hard to sort out the problems I experienced and make sure my stay was comfortable

Just few comments for improvement: 1-Applying upgrade on the room windows to improve soundproofing 2- Applying upgrade on the ventilation system of the hotel kitchen 3-Housekeeping requires improvement

it is our favorite hotel in Split when on our way to Korcula as it is on the way down to the ferry port. save parking in garage, friendly staff. speedy checkin as always, so no complaints at all

we are not fully convinced about the new breakfast arrangement, the buffet breakfast was better for us as my wife needs a special diet which is not part of course of any of the breakfast menu items. however for me there are no problems when ordering anything standard off the menu and it is well prepared and presented

Very big room with enough space. Breakfast is not buffet style, but overall tasty. Friendly staff. About 5min to old town by uber and cost about 5 EUR, very convenient.

water would come out of shower area and toilet floor gets wet. People cannot reach hotel main entrance by car, would need to walk for 50 meters, it's ok, but could be inconvenient during bad weather.

breakfasts were very modest, we came about 10 oclock at the breakfast and it was very low choice what to have, maybe in the morning it was better. There was no free water in the room, only in mini bar, but I think for this price hotel should give water.

Hotel Ora is located a short walk out of the main/busy part of Split, but still an easy walk to the port, Riva, Old Town etc. I wanted to be close to Split Hospital and it is just a block from the main entrance. There is a small shopping centre opposite the Hotel and a small Tommy (supermarket) just 50 or so metres behind the hotel, nest to the parking garage. The buffet breakfast was healthy, a good selection of Croatian and international food and drink. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the restaurant for dinner so I can't comment. The outdoor setting of the cafe was in a cool and shaded space, perfect for the summer conditions. The room was very clean and comfortable, included a desk space, a small fridge, plenty of cupboard/wardrobe space. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was just right (I was there during the heatwave). The bathroom and shower was clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff I interacted with were very pleasant and friendly, professional, helpful...
