We had a room with a sea view, which was excellent. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, everything very clean. Enough space and furniture to keep all the things comfortably. There is a huge terrace on the second floor (shared with another room only). Location is very good: not far from several beaches, about 15 minutes walk from center. We really enjoyed our stay in Split: great room, nice sea and also what added us a remarkable impression - a lot of cats in the city everywhere :)

Very little confusion was at check-in: our code didn't work at the beginning, but after contacting the manager we realized it was changed, and after a short time we got a new code - so this wasn't a problem. There were also some other "funny stories" with keys: it didn't affect our stay, but added us some experience. Also, door light switch sometimes worked not good, but there are others near the bed for the same. And some pull-out shelves of the wardrobe moving tightly. Anyway, these small unexpected moments didn't make any difference, just would be nice if they would be slightly corrected.

The VIP floor had a big terrace looking over the sea and the coast.

The main bedroom light wasn't working which isn't much of a problem as I could use the bathroom light to light up the bedroom On the last morning, no hot water would come out of the shower, I left the water running for a while. It was working fine the night before

Nice hot shower, good location and comfy bed.

Requested a non smoking room, however the windows were left open opening out onto the shared balcony where people were smoking, so the smell came in. It did also mean it got a little bit noisy and the blinds are outside the room meaning you don't have a guarantee of privacy if people are on the balcony.

The location was fantastic! 7 minutes walk to the old town. 2 minutes walk from the sea! 3 minutes from bus station. Free parking! The room was spacious and clean. The water pressure in shower was fantastic! Big showerThe bed was big and not too firm. Really quiet room. Great sleep! Host instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you

There was a smell of wet clothes in the room. Shower had no door.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was wonderful. It was winter-time. And the AC is on the top floor, it was very warm upstairs, and a few degrees colder downstairs. The oven worked fine. Loved the big windows and the view from the bed towards the sea. I would definitely come again.

The host was pleasant, constantly making care that everything is in order. Fast answers and detailed description on how to get in the property. The beach was very close, and free parking upon request is great. The room was clean, everything you need for a nice vacation.

Property was ok. Good location: a bit apart from the old town but there are 2 beaches were close to it. Also Some clubs, Italian restaurant and grocery store (works until 9pm) are close to the apartment as well.

Very bad soundproofing. You hear literally every rustle in the hall was heard. Also we found a big mold spot on the ceiling in the shower. The facility do not provide luggage storage.

I liked how clean and modern it was. The host was also very kind and informative and available for any questions! Also a nice location, close to multiple swimming beaches and about a 30 minute walk to the old town (shorter if you take the bus)
