Very clear check in instructions. Probably the most thorough I’ve ever seen. Jakob was there to help us get a good parking spot near the apartment as well. The apartment was very modern, clean and well-sized. I particularly liked the balcony and the aperitif which came with the apartment. The aircon was great too. Very new. Saw a review saying that it’s noisy but it was as silent as the night when we used it. Don’t see any problem with it.

Parking can be a bit intimidating and worrisome as the way the locals park may not be how you do it back in your own country. But I was just glad Jakov was there to guide us. This is totally not an issue of the apartment. It’s just the way parking is done in Croatia.

I’ve been to many different accommodations but this has to be one of the best accommodation experiences I had. It is evident that owner put a lot of effort in setting everything up and creating clear instructions for guests. Every step from the booking until arrival was explained with extensive instructions and self check in was smooth without the need to see the owner. Apartment itself is located in quiet neighbourhood with everything you need in close vicinity. Everything was clean and it was equipped with most of the things you may need to prepare a meal.

Mattress could be a bit harder but this is just my preference.

The apartment is set in a fairly quiet street where people walk their dogs...peaceful, yet very close to the old town of Split. The walk was easy and simple. The bus stop for the local bus to Omis (line 60) was super close, exiting through the back door of the apartment. Jakov was hugely responsive to all my enquiries before and throughout my stay, and he even accommodated a 1-hour later checkout, which helped me a lot! Check-in was an absolute breeze and the aperitif on arrival was a real treat! Supermarkets are close-by within walking distance. Great location for access to the market, old town, promenade and beaches. The apartment had everything I needed for a short stay. The photos on the booking site are accurate.

Not as soundproof as I would have liked, but it could have been worse.

Faultless stay! Host was incredibly helpful, checked in within a couple hours ensuring everything was okay. Location was excellent, short walk down to a swimming beach and plenty of shops nearby, lots of families around & felt safe. Apartment was clean & modern.

The sound from neighbouring apartments does travel, even when I don’t think they were being loud just regular volume talking.

Great location, walkable to 5 beaches in the area and a close walk to old town. Check in was easy as I received instructions days ahead of time. Room was spacious and clean. Almost brand new inside.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and into town. Balcony was lovely to sit out as it is in a very quiet area, even though it is close to the old town. Jakov was very helpful and communicated throughout the stay.

the apartment was small. I did not like that is was just sheets, i wished it was blandet insted.

Communication with host was great and picking up the keys to the property was very easy. Everything was great. The location is in a quiet residential area about 15 minutes walk from the waterfront part of the old town. It was easy enough with a suitcase but uphill at points.

Everything was very good. The fridge and hot water service was a little loud at night but there was instructions on how to reduce the sound of the fridge which solved that :)

Fantastic apartment, with great amenities and washing machine access was a good bonus too. Would definitely stay again!

it’s actually 2 comfort rooms though we barely used the other. the owner is friendly and prompt answering questions & giving check-in/out instructions. it takes about 10 minutes walking to the port, passing a few restaurants near the port. everything worked out smoothly.

the nearest boulangerie is a few minutes away on the street facing back of the appt. a little inconvenient though it didn’t bother us too much
