Lovely hotel, location fab , nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast and the rooftop bar were fantastic . The girls in the pool bar ( the one with very long hair and called us miss fiona and miss Sam was particularly lovely and went out of her way to provide the very best service ) were lovely and do friendly and welcoming

Fantastic facilities, very clean everywhere. Really good breakfast, served until 11 am. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of storage in room and lovely powerful shower.

Slightly far away from beaches and town. 20 minutes to nearest beach and 25 to old town. The upstairs bar and pool room shut at 10 which seems a little early, although the downstairs bar opened until 11. I think they should ask guests to remove the provided pool towels from sunbeds when they have finished as it was impossible to know if they were free. Also little containers of milk in the rooms to go with the tea would be nice.

The facilities were lovely. The buffet breakfast was varied, with alternative options (for example, milk alternatives). The pool and terrace were beautiful; towels were constantly replaced, so there were always fresh beach towels ready on the sun loungers. The staff were very friendly, always on hand to serve and welcome you each time you return to the residence. The balcony in the room was nice and the aircon was very efficient

I would have preferred the handheld shower (as opposed to the waterfall shower) to have more pressure, and the temperature sometimes fluctuated slightly. Although it did not affect our stay at all, it was just a little frustrating at times.

First of all the staff was incredible. We booked this hotel in order to relax and unwind and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. We mainly used the rooftop lounge for the pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs the staff tended to every need with kindness. The massage services were top-notch! And even dinner in the hotel was lovely. WiFi signal was strong throughout the hotel and the rooms were spacious, highly clean and well air-conditioned. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from old town, or 10 minutes bus ride away (with the bus being just around the corner). And another bonus was the grocery store right below the hotel for every need.

The rooms were sapcious and comfortable, the staff were wonderful.

A little disappointed that the only outside space was the roof terrace, this meant space was at a premium and it was difficult to get a sun bed and use the pool

Great little hotel, but had everything we needed, loved the small roof top pool and bar, the roof top bar was open until 11pm. There was a lounge/bar area at the back of the restaurant where we could sit and play games, it also had a pool table, although this bar closes at 10pm. It was a 20 min walk to the old town, but this was fine, we also used Uber which was quick. Plenty of food at breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night as we’d been out all day, we were the only people in the restaurant, sat on the outside terrace and the food was amazing! One of the best meals we had in Croatia.

Bed was huge and really comfortable and room was spacious. Grocery store right underneath which was super handy and had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was incredible, so much choice and lovely atmosphere to sit inside or out. Nice outlook of the city from the balcony and can see the sea (depending on your room choice). The pool area was stunning with plenty of sun loungers. They have an infared sauna, Finnish sauna and steam room to use too.

Too many items in the mini bar and meant we couldn't really use it for our own stuff. 10 minute walk into the town and uphill on the way back so hard work in the heatwave. Drinks and food overpriced.

We had a large, very comfortable bed and enjoyed the soap and cream supplied in the room for their wonderful smell. The pool was clean and we enjoyed a spectacular view over Split and the adriatic sea while sipping on our delicious cocktails. We chose breakfast to be included and were not disappointed, everything was fresh and tasty, they even supplied two different milk alternatives and lactose free milk. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Also, there is a supermarket in the same building which was super convenient.

There wasn't really anything not to like! It's not the hotels fault, but I wanted to mention that it I was a bit surprised by the distance to the old part of Split. Just be prepared that it's about a 20 min walk, which, on the way back, is uphill. There's a bus stop right opposite the hotel, though, which saved us a couple of times after a long sunny day out and about :)

It’s a good quality hotel. First impressions are great, nice decor, nice fragrance snd happy staff. There is a linked cafe downstairs which sells alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Cakes too. Closes I believe at 11pm. There is a supermarket next door. We took an Uber to the marina/old town area. For a group of 5 people it was just over 10 euros each way and approx 7 euros for 3 people. Ubers are far cheaper than taxis. The old town is lovely but think we should have stayed in the town as we were back and for to the same place. However as we wanted a pool this hotel was a great option. Breakfast was simple but good. We did not eat from the lunch or dinner menu.

The rooftop was great for pool and staff for spa was wonderful. The staff and breakfast buffet was also great and wonderful addition to stay. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Tommy's store on the bottom floor was extremely convenient as well.

The elevator kept going out and was a bit inconvenient at times. Thankfully we were able to use the staff elevator but staff seemed a little frustrated as it held up cleaning rooms and traveling up and down bc everyone using /waiting for 1 elevator.. No ice machine and very small refrigerator in room but we managed.
