Location,big and clean Room

Staff didnt put our vehicle registration into parking system,so we couldnt park At our arrival.We announced to staff that we will come later,and Because Of expensive equipment in the car IT was super important to have secured parking spot. We ended up parking almost on the road,woke up super early and was checking the car and waiting for reception to open so we can repark.Didn’t have any sleep that night

Nice big room. Good price this time of year. No green washing as this place does not pretend to be anything environmental friendly

Way too hot. Why leave the heating on 24 7 at 23 Celsius? Why use an extra card in the energy main switch to bypass any energy saving? It was really off season with big renovations going on. So should become even better. But beware. The med clinic is ever present. The feeling is more and more of a hospital. And please use one price offer for a taxi service. Do not change the price in every message.

The view to the mountain was amazing enjoyed from inside but the road just outside was very loud so I didn't use my balcony. A little far away from the city center but was a beautiful walk along the beach everyday to get there. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a room with balcony because there were problems with my the hot water in my first room.

It said on the webside that there were both a spa and gym at the location which unfortunately wasnt the case. The spa was a sauna and a steam bath which was alright but nothing more than that. There were no gym. The location right next to a 6 lane road led to a lot of noise from outside.

the room size comfy bed outdoor balcony hot tub , staff . the outside is a bit of a let down but once inside it is a very nice comfortable apartment.it is probably not located in the best part of Split but it is not too far from Bacvice which has lovely beach and also it is reflected in the price which is excellent value for money.

the car park you had to go through to get to the apartment car park was not maintained at all we were lucky when there that it didn't rain because I would imagine it would be pretty messy .

Nice hotel room. Spacious and very clean. Comfy beds. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. We got a taxi through Bolt to get into the old town. It only cost a few Euros, which was well worth it. There's a great bar called the Fat Bar a 20-minute walk or short drive away, which does really good food.

The area itself is a bit run down and there was a lot of graffiti, but it seemed safe enough. Sofa bed was very creaky, but it was comfortable. Ignore the sign for Priska Med parking. You need to park at the back of the hotel, not in the underground carpark.

The location was a 30-minute walk to downtown. The staff is very friendly. The room was big and spacious. Balcony is huge. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. The room was clean. The hotel is more like the place for the business trips, than leisure but for us to stay overnight was convenient

Air-conditioning wasn't working. We had a fan. But we complained about it to the property and to Booking.com and were satisfied with the compensation the property offered. So, the problem was solved in no time, and i find it very professional. Want to mention one more time: the staff is VERY FRIENDLY, and they are helpful. Just was a bad luck: in a strong heat +38 degrees and no a/c, I guess.

A really nice place in the city part of Split. 20 min to historic old town, the same from the beach. A new beach boulvair was being build during our stay, it might add value to the stay. Good value for money, but yet you have to commute to main attractions( old town, beach). Uber/taxi is really cheap here.

Amazingly spacious room, always great to be provided with robe and slippers. The breakfast room is small but fine for when the hotel isn't busy. I would stay again if I return to Split.

The location is an interesting one, it's in a complex shared with other businesses. The lift was out of order when we arrived, so we had to haul our cases up the stairs. It's not in the centre either but there's a bus stop as soon as you come out of the complex that takes you to the centre of Splir

I’m very picky when it comes to places I stay and about this apartmet I can say everything was great! Very spacious room and very clean! The shower water pressure was excellent! The sauna was lovely and clean too. THE ONLY thing that I can say is the entrance to this place is VERY strange! You go through a parking lot and it’s full of graffitis and run down looking BUT please don’t be put off, once you in the apartment all is very good! The bus route to the old town is frequent and there’s been no problem at all.

Please upgrade the Entrance to this property, it’s very strange to go through an old and dark parking lot full of graffiti’s. It’s a shame because the apartment itself is so wonderful, modern and clean.

Very good hotel. Great quality room. Very big and comfy. Facilities were great. Breakfast was good. It was a good place to crash for a night. So can't complain. Plus staff was very helpful and considerate. Came late due to flight delay and they gave Very good and clear instructions. Also let me stay for a bit longer due to that. So thanks to them for being so hospitable.

Everything was good. One thing I would say is that the breakfast options although good didn't have that many options. I would suggest they get some more variety in at least in the Baked good section. But great value for money for sure.
