Hotel next to the sea cost, room, pool very clean

Stuff forgot dirty cups, towels in the corner of the graund floor where they were 2 days until I let them know that is should be cleaned up. They did immediatelly. Stuff mistake.

This hotel offers a spacious apartment with a vast terrace and a nice sea view. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. There is also a beach located nearby. There is free public parking available in front of the hotel. The spa area is very nice and includes a dark Finish sauna with a sea view. It's perfect for a weekend getaway.

Fence on the terrace is not safe for children. The terrace is shaded and receives no sun in the afternoon. Too many kids in the spa are not following the rules.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff is very attentive. The food was impressive, beautifully presented and the variety was incredible. The cleanliness was perfect too. The beach is just across the hotel. A super experience! Thank you so much!

To go to the centre of Split, you have to get an Uber or the bus, so, it is not so straight forward. However, the Uber is really efficient and the buses are quite frequent as well. It is just a compromise to stay in a very beautiful hotel.

The breakfast was varied and satisfying – the omelette was cooked perfectly, just as requested. Recently renovated building with new, modern furnishings and facilities. Excellent seafront location. Staff was responsive and quick to act when we reported issues. The indoor pool was a lovely option to relax at the end of the day.

– The elevators are very slow, and the three available didn’t seem sufficient – waiting times were long. Even worse with the Amphora Garden elevator. – Bathrobes were worn out, and no new replacements were provided. – Housekeeping was minimal: towels were changed and trash bags replaced, but the floors and bathrooms were not cleaned – no proper room cleaning was done during our stay. We had to ask for a cleaning and they did right away.

The hotel was beautiful. It’s extremely well maintained and is of a very high standard. Our room was very spacious and well equipped.

The location was a bit “out of the way” and there was nothing around there to walk to apart from the beach and one restaurant (Merlin that was excellent) that we found in a back street. It was fine because we were only there for one night but any longer would have been more difficult. Also the bar drinks were expensive (probably because there was no competition) and the bar food expensive and limited (€9 for a bowl of chips/fries)

New hotel in newly developed beach area, several pools outdoor (incl. rooftop pool) and indoor, fitness center, spacious apartment with balcony and sea view. Friendly staff. Comprehensive breakfast offering. Free water and wine in the room.

Restaurant: The quality of food and service did not justify the high price level. Room: Despite of the in general perfect room design, the cabinets didn't have shelves and only a few hangers. Means we had to keep most of our stuff in the suitcases. Outside area to beach was still under development, but we were informed about this before. Based on my estimation, it will be completed by end of Sep 2025.

Great place, new and clean. Fully equipped kitchen (no bottled water, no coffee and tea. FYI), apartment is beautiful. No parking - There are a lot of free parking around the hotel so don't worry about it. Swimming pool - FYI people stay with their children and no separate children's pool. Pool depth is near 1,1m. Saunas - great! :) Hvala vam!

Nice decor, modern and clean. We stayed in the aparthotel segment of the hotel but still benefitted to access and use of all the hotels facilities. Would recommend

On arrival the hotel puts a hold on your card for the amount of the stay + a deposit. This wasn’t explained very clearly and we thought we were paying for the stay. Then on check out we had to pay the full amount for our stay whilst the hold was still on our card for the deposit & stay amount. The hold amount didn’t get released off our card for 3 weeks after the trip and we eventually had to get in touch with our bank to get it back. This system should be improved as it was quite stressful for those 3 weeks when we thought we had paid double for our stay. I also heard other guests having the same trouble a few days before our check out.

We were staying there with our kids (7M, 5Y). The room was prepared so we could check in sooner, which was great because we were travelling to Split with the Nighttrain. There is a very helpful staff at the hotel, they escorted us to the room, so we didn't get lost in the coridors, they also stored our baggage after check out, so we could go to the see for the last time before we went to the train station. The included breakfast was very good, they have great selection of different food and drinks

Hot/cold water regulation. It was difficult to set the correct water temperature in the shower.

There was no food allergies listed anywhere. And staff do not have an understanding of this. I had to wait for the chef to come out and go through each dish with me individually at breakfast. It was nice of him to do so but by the time I got to breakfast. Asked the staff who did not know what I was talking about. And then had to further ask for the chef to come out was very inconvenient. Also, breakfast staff are very slow - we had to constantly ask for things to be filled. We spent more time standing waiting than eating breakfast

Very modern. Will be a gorgeous hotel when completed.
