The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My wife especially loved the heated bathroom floor, which was a nice touch.

The shower experience was disappointing, with inconsistent water temperature and a stand-in bath setup rather than a proper shower. The rooms were spacious but felt less cosy, which may not suit everyone. As a light sleeper, I found the air conditioning quite loud as it cut in and out to maintain temperature. The location is a short 10-minute Uber ride to the old town, costing around €5 each way.

Stunning hotel, immaculately clean and modern. Beautiful fresh and plentiful breakfast every morning we are vegetarian and there were many options, plus lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt. Helpful and pleasant staff. Fabulous spa area with sauna, steam and delightful pool. The promenade area just outside the hotel is under construction\development this did not affect our time there at all, no noise or disruption. Very happy with all aspects of our room spacious and comfortable, we had a hire car and could park easily in the hotel garage also. We would love to return soon ❤️🇭🇷

It was perfect.

Very good location, new and super clean, extremly pleasant and helpfull staff, very good facilities, parking space, lift for upper floors, great pool, heated, big room and bathroom, good breakfast, would definitely recommend and we will return for sure. It is a great small hotel that has all facilites of a big hotel, but on a more personal level and with no crowd.

That area is under construction (we haven't experienced noise at all), so for easy access to hotel don't follow navigation but ask the hotel for driving instructions. The constructions in the area should complete in May 2025.

A very pleasant well designed modern hotel. 45min walk into Split along the waters edge. Good indoor swimming pool. Normally swimming beach directly in front of the hotel. Comfortable.

Currently there is a big redevelopment in front of the hotel which is obstructive and noisy in the daytime, however we were off and underway as they started work and everyday came back after the workmen had left so not really a major issue. Construction people also don’t work at weekends. Out of the hotel to the left it’s 250mtrs to a swimming beach. Or along the waterside path to Split is about 700mtrs to a swimming beach. The development will be finished later in 2025.

Breakfast was excellent - good selection and plenty of variety. The whole city seems to be a beach front and there were beaches within 5 mins walk either direction. Like most beaches in Croatia, they tended to be pebbles but, not an issue once we used water shoes. The water temperature is perfect and the beaches slope gradually, giving huge areas for swimming in your depth. Room was very spacious and shower etc,. were excellent

Not the hotels fault but, the beach area directly across from it is being re-developed in a major building project. It meant the beach we expected across the road was closed. Felt we could have been notified of this in advance. That said, there was a lovely beach 5 mins walk away. Air-con was a bit of a mystery with the "set temperature" not aligning with the actual temperature. We like a cool room and there were a couple of nights where it was quite warm.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Pool area was really nice and clean. There also is a parking lot dedicated for the hotel guests which is nice. The staff was nice and helpful.

The gym was out of service for the entire period due to maintenance activities. The network connection was really poor or not working at all in the room. The bathroom door from the room needs a fix. On the last day of our stay someone had the intend to fix it. The price is a bit expensive for what was offered, considering also the major reconstruction from in front of the hotel and the facilities provided.

The room was a generous size and clean with an excellent bathroom. A kettle was provided on request and I could store milk in the fridge so a cup of tea was possible. Staff really helpful. We liked the pool (could be a tad warmer) and the sauna was excellent. Gym was bit basic

The building work outside (not hotel fault) but no access to a beach as it was fenced off. Long steep uphill walk to find shops and places for meals and the bus. No meals available in hotel except breakfast, I'm sure they advertised dinners.

I miss the best nights sleep in a perfect firm bed with soft pillows that form to the neck and head . The staff is exceptional in kindness and swift responses to special needs The location to the beach with access for disabled is only one block away due to construction. Pebble beach swim shoes best . Hotel indoor poor very nice temperature in spa like setting There are limited walk in showers that can be arranged if done so prior to arrival with enough advance notice

There is construction close to hotel but they are not very loud and view is indeed blocked by fence and cranes that are not under control of hotel

The property is closely situated to the beach, it’s clean and well maintained. Facilities are nice.

It’s quite a fair distance from old town. You will have to use Ubers to get to and from, however, they aren’t costly. Only major downside is that you can hear everything from outside your room, nothing is sound proof.

The pool and sauna is very convenient to use and doesn’t get very busy. The supervisor Theo is very nice and made our stay comfortable. The room is nice, clean and spacious. They also use Rituals products which is cool.

The breakfast is not that great. Less food options and the coffee is not good. Also the refilling is very slow. More than half an hour later and the bread and eggs and still un refilled. The beach in front of the hotel is also under construction but you can walk 10-15mins to go ti the open public beach. They gym is outdated and not well maintained.
