The property was nice and clean. Pool was lovely too and enough sunbeds and towels for everyone. I also like the outdoor shower was nice. Our host Sandra was so lovely she was super helpful and always there if we ever needed her. We I’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Split 😊

Nothing. It is slightly out of Split centre but that was fine for us as we had a shop nearby and the beach is near if you preferred to switch it up from the pool. You can get a ten minute Uber which are very reliable if you want to go into centre. Also there is a shop across from the accommodation which is super handy.

The apartment was large and had towels, it was clean and featured a balcony with a table and chairs. The fridge came stocked with some things which was a nice touch. Sandra who is the host was great, she gave us a comprehensive tour of the facilities and showed us how to use everything. She was always available if we ever needed anything. Top class, something you would not get at other places.

It's a €3 bus or Uber journey to the centre of Split which wasn't too bad but we found ourselves travelling there every day because there isn't much around. Closest beach is being upgraded with new buildings so no nearby beach.

The property is located in a quiet spot and only a short Uber ride from many attractions like the old town and beaches. The property was safe and secure and while it was self accommodating we really appreciated the lovely welcoming little touches left by our host. The garden and pool facilities were well utilised during our stay and our room was comfortable, clean and perfect for our needs. There are plenty of different options for local cafes and shops all a short walk away from the property.

The host is such a wonderful person. I felt at home straight away because she was so kind and helpful. The apartment was so beautiful, I loved the decor. It was so clean, everything looked brand new. Everything you could ever need was provided. The pool and outdoor area was stunning. I felt safe in the apartment as a solo traveller. By far the best place I have ever stayed at, better than any hotel. It was worth every penny. I will be staying here again!!

The facilities were amazing!! Pool was lovely and loads of chairs. Suncream and fresh towels provided. And fridge was full of snacks and kitchen utensils provided as well as a lovely seating area outside. The property was a less than 10 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute drive to the old town.

Sandra is an extremely wonderful host! She took her time to explain the location of not only the property in regards to the center of town, but the bus lines, beaches, mall etc. She even brought my daughter and I homemade goods! Sandra is super attentive and sweet! The room itself is very comfortable for two people. There’s a fridge (which had water and snacks free of charge), plates, mugs etc. The wardrobe has plenty of space and the water pressure was excellent! I love how quiet the neighborhood is!

We had a wonderful stay. If you enjoy peace and quiet, you've come to the right place! The have a nice pool with a beautiful garden. Everything was clean and tidy. And Sandra, the host, was fantastic. She's always there for you. Highly recommended

Well equipped apartment with a lovely balcony. Pool was clean and very private. Sandra our host was faultless, she was always on hand to help and offer advice on transport, restaurants, trips etc. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing really. It's a cab ride from Split centre but that's not all bad and the Ubers are quick and the drivers we met were brilliant.

The people who worked there were really nice and helpful! The pool was also very private, which was nice! Overall a great experience!

On the photos of booking.com I saw that there was a kitchen, so I expected a kitchen but it wasn't the case when I arrived. However, despite this, we still had great service and a great stay.

The location was good. 10-minute taxi (approx 6€) into the town. Use uber. don't hail down a taxi its 5 time the price of uber. we went to Dalmatino for dinner - 5 mins walk from the apartment the first night. lovely food good prices. we also got the fast food medini would recommend the rolls and sandwiches on the way to the beach but don't get the burgers. not good. Most of split only accepts cash and tipping 10% is standard. 5-10 mins walk downhill to the beach, Lidl is 10 mins walk.

A lot of places don't use card. not a lot of clubs for young people. lines for clubs 1+ hours ques by 11pm each night. not worth it to us. most bars close by 2am at the latest and the town is dead after that time. A lot of restaurants and bars are overpriced. Fabrique in the split centre is the best bar for prices and vibes. not a bad thing but just to note for future people staying, this apartment is not for people who are lively/ looking to be loud or hyped. it's a chill area with very close proximity to neighbours so they are very strict about any sort of noise even by the pool.
