Everything! We changed accommodation due to being mis-sold an apartment in Split. We found this stunning apartment by luck which we jumped at the chance, especially as it was short notice. We were only there for 3 days but loved every second of it, didn't want to leave. The host was brilliant! Ana was awesome, she was very accommodating, explained all and was very helpful throughout our stay ..thank you Ana! This area of split is still up and coming and currently being done up, but still stunning! Would definitely come back if we went back to this part of split. Also, keep away from the main town centre...toooooo expensive, we found a lovely restaurant called ' Dalmatino which was 15 min walk away, such good value for good quality of food.

The apartment was very modern and secure, with a great supply of equipment and sundry supplies. Bedrooms and shower rooms were large and comfortable. Outside the pool area was very well maintained, with housekeeping ensuring the pool and terrace area was perfect. The only thing to outshine the facility was the host management. Ana meet us and took us through the facility, providing a great guide of how to move around and what to expect and places to try and visit. She was always on call and easily reachable throughout our stay. Located in an area under new development, so everything is shiney new. Unquestionably a very good first experience of Croatian hospitality.

Pebbled beach directly opposite …… but that’s to be expected. Beaches were immaculate and the sea was fabulous.

The host Ana met us on arrival and brought us through the entire facility from access to the building, to the apartment, the underground car park, and the pool. Very safe and secure building with keypad access codes to all doors. Generous two bedroom apartment with contemporary decor and all the facilities you could need. Great location to explore Split and the surrounding areas. Approx 10 mins from Split by car, Uber is the best bet for access to the town for about €6. Not many local restaurants but Merlin Bistro is a 5 min walk and an absolute must visit. Great food, relaxed comfortable vibe, and wonderful staff.

Arriving by car the access road to the apartment is a very narrow dirt track and only one car wide. The main road is also very narrow and currently under construction to increase the road width. On approach to Eol there are two concrete frames for blocks that appear to be abandoned during construction. Fear not, looks can be decieving and once you step foot through the door the building is 1st class. All windows and views face away from the access roads and to the coast.

5 nights with the family on a vacation in Split. From the apartment is a short walk onto a fantastic newly developed beach. The apartment itself is very modern and equipped with everything that you'd need. The beds and pillows were wonderful. There is a lot of development going on close to the hotel, but there is no bother. The beach has been developed and "renovated" so there's is plenty of space, outside bar's and entertainment for the whole family . If you like to stay away from it, then the pool is just the right temperature and plenty of sunbeds. I can not express how happy we were with our stay. From the apartment, there is a short walk to a store. I recommend the one closer to the beach (Studenac or something like that). Really good communication with the host.

A spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We booked well in advance so got a great deal on the accommodation and we really loved our stay. We enjoyed the pool area and walked the short distance down to the beach every day. Clean and modern apartments with super attentive host!

Unfortunately not a lot of restaurants in the area. We purchased groceries and made breakfast and lunch every day and luckily we had a car and drove into split town for dinner each evening but would have been very hard without it. There is a lot of development in the area so I guess restaurants will pop up more and more. Uncomfortable pillows.

This is a lovely property and we had a great stay. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the location can't be better. A short trip to the centre, but very close access - 1 minute walk - to the new promenade. The promenade has beautiful beaches, jumping platform, playground, and picnic areas. We had a beautiful view of all this from our second floor balcony. The apartment itself is new and modern and beautifully decorated. The pool area, after a busy day sightseeing was a bonus. Highly recommend this apartment.

A very small criticism, but the kitchen could benefit from a few more basic utensils, such as tongs.

Great layout. Modern, clean and comfortable. Loved the fact it had en-suites to both bedrooms. Keyless entry but secure. Shutters and air con were great. The property manager was extremely helpful. Advising on reccomendations of restaurants, bars and car hire. She arranged pick up and drop off to airport. Highly recommended staying in the Eol apartments.

We loved everything about the property. The area is developing so limited facilities local to the property - ie bars and restaurants at present but this will change.

The apartments were beautiful - very spacious and clean. Ana was amazing, there were lots of us and she ensured we had the best stay. She gave us loads of advice and information to make our trip the best it could be. We didn't get time to use the pool but the views were stunning. Although there was some construction going on at the local beach, it did not affect us in any way- you could not see it from the apartment and definitely could not hear any of the works taking place. We found some ubers struggled to find eol with the works taking place but if you walk down a set of stairs next to the apartment, it takes you to hotel amphora and we had no issues with uber picks up and drop offs from there. Absolutely stunning apartment and would love to stay there again in the future.

It was very nice the Apartment and the service, the pool and the staff.

The location is not so attraktiv. beach is under construction and nearly no small Restaurants apart from the big hotels. The construction at the beach was loud. I guess when they are finished then it will be nice. Since the water is really clean and nice.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment - it was so nice, clean and comfortable! Very spacious living room, with 2 en-suite bedrooms and a nice private patio where we could sip our wines and enjoy the sea view. Kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and all the basic utensils, pots and pans. It allowed us to cook our own breakfast/dinners. Owner was very nice to come immediately to change the battery of the remote when we reported that we couldn’t switch on the ceiling fan. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

The air conditioning did not allow us to set below 21 degree Celsius. Luckily weather was still cool enough, we could open the windows/doors to cool the rooms, though that means there might be bugs or mozzies coming in.
