The location is about 1.5 km to Old Town, 20 min to walk, we took it as an advantage to see other parts of Split, except Old Town. The breakfast is decent, not variated but the quality of products was good. A special mention for the bread which was really great. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you need. The staff is very polite and helpful, they provided all needed information. Overall, the whole country was a nice experience.

The rooms are not well isolated.

The room was nice and spacious, with a good sized balcony. The breakfast was nice but the only option was hard boiled eggs in terms of anything cooked/warm. There wasn't a fridge in the room we had, but there has been one in there previously as there is cupboard space for it. However, they do allow you to store your food in their fridge downstairs. They have access to a garage underneath, which is convenient, the ramps are a bit awkward to drive on to, we didn't move the car for the duration of our stay. The rooms were cleaned daily which was great.

The location is quite far from the old town and the surrounding area is a bit run down. We did get use to this towards the end of our stay once we got our bearings.

- Location about 25-30 min. walking to centre. - Spacious and clean room. - Free parking possible in reserved places in the street, in front the hotel. - We suffered a robbery and therefore arrived late, outside reception hours. However, the girl at the reception waited for us to arrive and attended us with all kindness. She even informed us where we could have dinner (Pizzeria Podion), although it was a bit late and there were almost no restaurants in the surroundings. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it is located a bit off the main areas, the cleanliness of the place was impressive. The breakfast provided was very good, and we felt very safe throughout our stay, thanks to the shutters on the windows and the sturdy iron door. The room was spotless. However, I found the bed to be too soft for my liking. Overall, a very good experience.

Coffee at the breakfast was not good due to aded sugar to the milk.

The room was spotless clean, spacious, light, modern and comfortable. Garage space very convenient. Breakfast area pleasant, breakfast rather simple but fresh. Good coffee. Very attentive and pleasant staff, ready to assist and help with whatever asked, always with a smile on their face. Pet friendly place and that is a big plus! I will definately recommend to everyone and come back again.

Not that I disliked, but it is about 20 minutes walk to the old town. A fridge would be a plus for longer stays.

The stay has amazing facilities like a clean room, underground parking and superb breakfast. The staff is exceptional. Thanks to Anya , we were able to have a seamless stay and she also went above and beyond to make sure that we have everything that we need. She also helped us traverse our way through split and reach Bol with our car. Special thanks to Nina for being such a sweetheart and making sure that we never stay hungry during our trips. She packed a hearty breakfast for us at 6:30 am! If you are looking for good people and a great stay this is your best bet at Split! I will surely visit again😊

Our stay at BB residence was very comfortable! The room was big enough and very clean. The people at BB residence are friendly and helpful. After hours check-in was seamless because of the clear instructions given to us. Free parking is a big plus! The breakfast was varied and good. They also made us a 'lunch box' when we had to leave very early in the morning! City center is easily approachable from the hotel. All in all, a very good experience. Will stay again!

Our booking mentioned extra large double bed, but there we two single beds put together instead.

We had a lovely stay of 3 nights here. Comfortable beds, spacious room, top cleanliness, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast had a variety of fresh items. Parking was also available on premises for a small charge. Definitely recommend 😊

The room was a good size, very clean, and well kept up. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets . The breakfast was exceptionally good with many choices. The staff were very friendly and always helpful with all our questions. There was even a professional taxi cab driver on staff to drive us from the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

We wish that it was a little closer to the Rive or Old Town. However, the staff is very helpful to let you know which buses to take.

Excellent staff, so attentive and real sweethearts. A very good, complete, and fresh buffet. Great room, quiet and com, everything worked well and the balcony was a great place to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, when business was completed early.
