The staff was super friendly. Even helped me out when I needed a female product and because it was Sunday, stores where closed. The food in the restaurant was also excellent, we had dinner there. After the first day, the air conditioning stopped working and also the outlets close to the bed - but they fixed everything very fast and we could enjoy the rest of our stay :) The Safe in the room was for free, which was appreciated. Lots of mirrors, which is nice when you are 2 girls who want to get ready (we stayed for the Ultra festival) and the location was excellent, as we simply could walk back and forth.

It would have been nice to have a water kettle on the room. But everything else was great

The staff were very friendly and polite. They were very helpful and willing to deal with any request with a smile on their face! The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. It was very useful to have private parking in the hotel.

We stayed on the first floor and, with the window open, we were able to hear quite a lot of noise outside the hotel. It wasn't so bad with the window closed, but rooms on higher floors may be better if you more quiet.

Very friendly staff, especially the older gentleman in the restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and around the reception. Stable and fast internet. Good value for money. Good breakfast.

Noisy cleaners in the morning. Not very comfortable pillows. Two types to choose from, but none of them are comfortable, either too soft or too hard. The bed creaks. The bathtub in the room is quite slippery, why is there no shower cabin?

It was very comfortable and I was unexpectedly upgraded to an apartment. The staff was great and the breakfast offer was extensive and covered different dietary requirements. I also enjoyed using the pool.

I was looking forward to its wellness facilities but in the end, I was only able to use the pool because of the limited opening times for the sauna, which was from 5pm to 9pm, whereas the pool opened from 8am till 9pm. The location is 30 minutes walk from the centre.

Excellent staff (especially the reception lady and the restaurant staff speaking excellent Italian). They are willing to help and efficient. The room was comfortable and very clean. Overall experience was great. There is a restaurant onsite and you can have a buffet dinner. Many plants in very good shape in the common places :) Thank you very much for welcoming us!

Could be far from center/sea, but you can take an uber for 5 eur Gym nice essential but on the sun and super hot! I didnt try the pool but it was inside Be aware of mosquitos outside, they did bite me on my shoes! Price can be expensive during Ultra, but everywhere same

Great hotel, had high expectations from other reviews which were exceeded. Family Room was very spacious and almost perfectly clean. Minibar was quite expensive but that wasn't surprising. Location was perfect for the event I was attending in Split (Ultra Europe), being close to the park and the beach, but further away from the city centre, which wasn't an issue. The reception is open 24/7 which was very useful in my case; apart from one less friendly employee at the reception in the evening, the hotel overall was very accommodating for my wishes (I needed to store my baggage overnight), staff was nice and forthcoming. Even a late check-out on a completely booked Sunday was granted without second questions. There's a restaurant and decent cafe/bar in the lobby area, breakfast is included, unfortunately I didn't make it in the morning and can't comment. The prices are very fair and the value I got for what I paid was pretty much unbeatable. Thank you Hotel Mondo, I am looking forward to visiting again in the future!

It was great for a one-night stay. The rooms were clean and warm, although the heating was not adjustable. The breakfast was plenty and tasty. The hotel had a parking lot which is rare in Split. The bed was comfortable and relaxing.

Everything was fine. Only one thing... which is fine from the guest's viewpoint but it must cost a fortune to the hotel to refill the soap and shampoo dispensers. One squeeze supplies enough soap for 2 days...

All good. However, a first compliment bottle of water should be present free of charge or for less. 2,75€ for a tiny, 1 glass size water bottle is not fair and makes me downgrade the rate.

Hotel je udaljen od Dioklecianove palate i rive oko 25 min pješke, u blizini je tržni centar Joker, a do Mall of Split i City centar one autom oko 5-6 min. Doručak je dobar, izbor hrane za doručak zadovoljavajući, svako može naći nešto za sebe, čak i djeca. Bazen nije prevelik, ali ako nije gužva u hotelu , onda je pristojne veličine. Voda u bazenu je topla kao i prostor u kojem se nalazi bazen.

Sve mi se svidjelo.
