The staff made my stay very enjoyable. They were most accommodating, with advise for places to see and things to do. Restaurant they recommend were great and had a great time exploring the areas they had suggested. Room service was great and the morning breakfast was very good...as it provided a wide variety of options in the European palette... In my opinion this was great value for your money and the service was outstanding and location just right. Only 15 mins to the main square and the sea side promenade for a evening walk. The was nothing that I can recall where I found anything to be disappointing. Overall was very please for the length of my stay.

Breakfast was great. It had an open buffet with a coffee machine. However, they offered an a la carte menu with some omelettes and sweet waffles/pancakes. Also, if you wanted you could order your coffee to the waiter/waitress. On top of that, the hotel offered fruits/snacks and coffee/tea from 2-5pm on the same room, which was really nice. Also location was really nice since you could were about 15 minute walk away from the old city and all the main sightseeings. However, the most amazing fact in our stay was that the personel in the front desk and especially Dorothe were super nice and very helpful, She offered as a map and pointed out all the main things to see in Split and how to get there. She was very thorough and she really made our day. Thank you.

Room was a good size with all facilities. Staff went out of the way to help including keeping our bags on our exit day while we went sightseeing.

The advert says parking is available on reservation. We emailed in advance but the staff appeared completely bemused by the idea of reservation for parking - first come first served & only a few places. We are touring on motorbikes & secure parking is very important to us. Reception did say that the free parking (not theirs) was under video surveillance & our bikes were quite untouched.

We only stayed a night whilst passing through the city to the islands, but we can't fault this place. We arrived late and we given help settle in and suggested somewhere for a late meal. We had connected double rooms for a family which were both clean, quiet and had plenty of space. The breakfast had a good selection. The hotel kept our bags for the day whilst we explored Split, with the historic centre easily reached on foot from the hotel.

Better coffee at breakfast!

Location is really good, the old town is a few minutes walk and the seaside just behind that. It seemed very safe to leave the car outside. All the staff from receptionists to room cleaners were very polite and nice. Everything was communicated clearly in advance. Breakfast food variety was pretty solid.

I wished for a little more comfort in the 3-bed room, but there's not much that can be done to that end. It was a bit pricey too, but overall it fit the bill.

A family run hotel with attention and care, something what hard to find in chains hotel. Anna at Reception is worth a city guide. She gave me lots of practical advices around the city ( go to website GetByFerry to book online all your ferry tickets different destination and dates) One glass bottle of water upon arrival, however the tap water is ok for drinking or tea/coffee in the room. There is a convenient food store Tommy in front of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable to sleep, very gentle AC, but clearly with outdated design in interior and carpet covered floor

A little bit far from the center. 10 min walking, but one direction only down to the sea. On my 3rd Day of the stay I got used to this road and had no real problem

The staff are lovely and very helpful Location was good 10-15 minute walk to old town. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. There’s a nice cafe bar right nx door which is handy after the walk back to hotel.

The breakfast is limited, don’t expect a big buffet breakfast but it is ok to start the day .

Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great! Hotel provided parking with a charge (15 euro per day), but there are free parking space next to hotel. We got one and parked there for almost 3 days without any issue. We went to Hvar island and stayed there for one night, the hotel is kind enough to keep our luggage for free. Highly recommended.

12-15 minute walk to old city, Not a big issue, but walking under sun is a bit challenge.

Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, and the location was excellent, just 900 meters or a 10-minute walk to the Split Riva. We reserved parking in advance, and it was free, which is a big plus. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back when we visit Split again, highly recommended!

Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size. Breakfast was served until 10am and had numerous hot and cold options. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Near the local bus station so easy to get the bus (no.37) to the airport and within walking distance of the main town. Small supermarket across the road.

Shower water pressure was not great.
